The net of the Dakini restrains. As it is said in the tantra, it should be taken with the oral instructions of the lama. Similarly, in the root tantra it is also said: The lotus of the Vajra woman is: The form of the appearance of E (Tibetan, Devanagari: ए, Romanized Sanskrit: e, literal meaning: Ah), The Buddha, the precious wish-fulfilling jewel, Always dwells in bliss, The Dharma of the speaker, me, Should also be heard by those with their own retinue, The world, the one who shows the accomplishment, The world, the world beyond the world, me, The nature of the joy of being born as a god, The supreme boundary, joy, detachment, and the first is, Like a lamp in the darkness, Likewise, the girl also with her mind, In the great bliss of the woman's lotus, Shows the thirty-two marks, The main deity possesses the eighty minor marks, The semen is called the place where it dwells, Without it, there is no bliss and it changes, Because it does not perish, it is with longing, More blissful than the yoga of the gods, Therefore, the Buddha is not a thing, That nature is also not the way of non-things, The one with the form of face and hands, Without form because of great joy, Therefore, all beings are born together, The nature is said to be the joy of being born as a god. Thus it is said, the secret place of all the oral instructions, both internal and external, with the wheel of wisdom, connects the being with the body of wisdom, therefore it shows liberation from the cycle of samsara. Thus, relying on the six wheels of support, it shows that all things of the sentient world are pure. Now, in order to show the uncommon, therefore it is said, completely pure, saying the uncommon name is true speech. Impure and entering into samsara, as said before, should be purified. Completely pure means that it has been completely purified. The uncommon is the path that makes it completely pure is uncommon. What is that? It is saying true speech. Common means the meaning of upright, like hair, is spoken according to intention. Uncommon means the meaning of definite, not like the literal meaning, nor spoken according to intention. What is the meaning of upright? It refers to the preaching of multiple vehicles. What is the meaning of definite? It refers to the preaching of one vehicle. The literal meaning is to become a Buddha after countless eons. Not the literal meaning is to become a Buddha in an instant. What is spoken according to intention? It is the afflictions.

Buddhahood is attained by abandoning. What is it that is not spoken after contemplation? It is said that afflictions cannot be abandoned. As it is said in this very text: 'Knowing the methods of various vehicles, contemplating for the benefit of beings, with three vehicles, one definitely departs, and with one vehicle, one abides in the fruit.' Thus and so forth is spoken. The uncommon is the Mantrayana, because it is distinguished by empowerment, vows, mantras, mudras, and so forth. Within the uncommon Mantrayana, in order to show the master of the particularly special empowerment, it is said: 'Your joy, faith, great satisfaction, unsurpassed arising,' and so forth. 'You' refers to Vajrapani. 'Joy' refers to the moment of various appearances, the nature of grasping and being grasped. 'Joy and faith' refer to faith that is free from the various stains of grasping and being grasped, the supreme joy of ripening. 'Great satisfaction' refers to those who are satisfied only with the experience of the previous accumulation of happiness, the separation from joy. 'Unsurpassed arising' refers to the ultimate wisdom, the co-emergent joy that is free from the characteristics of discrimination. 'Arising' means that previously, in your continuum, such a wisdom-child has never been born, and now it should be brought forth. What do these do? It is connected to the previous instruction and explanation for the sake of truly upholding the principles of the sacred Dharma. In short, in order to show impurity, it is said that the secrets of body, speech, and mind are completely impure, that is, there are four impure things. What is made impure is stain, that is, the body and so forth with stain. This is due to the stains of afflictions, karma, and knowable obscurations. Afflictions are caused by desires and other intentions. The actions of the body, such as killing, are the stains of the three bodily actions. Lying and so forth are the stains of the four verbal actions. Harmful thoughts and so forth are the stains of the three mental actions. Karma and afflictions, even the smallest part, cause stains, and this is the complete impurity of secrets. And what should be purified, and so on.
