། །ཚད་པ་མེད་པ་ལ་མར་ཡང་ངོ༌། །ཛཱ་ཏིའི་ལོ་མ་དེའི་བརྒྱད་འགྱུར་ཆུ་ལ་བསྐོལ་ཏེ་བཞི་ཆ་གཅིག་ཅུང་ཟད་དྲོ་བ་ཁར་བཞག་ན་སོའི་ནད་དང་ཁ་ནད་སེལ་ལོ། །ཏིལ་མར་གྱི་ཁུ་བ་དང་རའི་ཆུ་མཉམ་པོར་བསྐོལ་ཏེ་ཏིལ་མར་ཙམ་ལྷག་མར་བཞག་སྟེ་ཚྭ་དང་ཚ་བ་གསུམ་དེའི་བཞི་ཆ་གཅིག་དེར་བསྲེས་ལ་གྲང་མོ་རྣ་བའི་ནང་དུ་བཞག་བན་རྣ་བའི་ནད་སེལ་ལོ། །བའི་མར་དེ་བརྒྱད་འགྱུར་འོ་མ་དང་བསྐོལ་ནས་ནཱ་ག་གེ་སར་གུར་གུམ་གྱི་ཕྱེ་མ་དང་བསྲེས་ལ་སྣ་བུག་ཏུ་བླུགས་པས་སྣའི་ནད་སེལ་ལོ། །པཱ་ཉྫ་ཀཾ་ཀོ་ལི་དང༌། ལཾ་ཀ་ལི་དང༌། ཨིནྡྲི་དང༌། ཨིནྡྲ་བ་རུ་ནི་དང༌། ཏིག་ཏ་རྣམས་བོང་བུའི་ཆུས་བཏགས་ཏེ་བྱུགས་པས་ འབྲས་མང་པོ་འཇོམས་སོ། །འབྲུམ་བུའི་ནད་ལ་དང་པོ་ཚ་བ་དང་རྐང་ལག་གི་ཚིགས་དང་མགོ་བོ་ན་བའོ། །དེ་ཤེས་ནས་བུ་ག་མེད་པའི་ཁང་པར་རྐང་པ་གཉིས་མཉམ་པར་ལངས་ཏེ་ལག་པ་གཉིས་བརླ་ལ་ཐུག་པར་ཐུར་དུ་དབྱངས་ཏེ་མ་འགྱེལ་གྱི་བར་དུ་བུམ་པ་ཅན་བསྒོམས་ཏེ་ཚད་པ་ལས་གྲོལ་བའི་བར་རོ། །སྙིང་གའི་ཟླ་བ་ལས་ཕྲེཾ་ཡིག་དཀར་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཡུམ་མམ་གཟུགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་མ་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ། པདྨ་དང་ཟླ་བ་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་དུ་བཞུགས་པ། གཡོན་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་པདྨ་དཀར་པོའི་ཡུ་བ་བསྣམས་པ། གཡས་པ་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་ཅན་སྲོག་རྩོལ་གྱིས་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །སྲན་ཆུང་བཏགས་ཏེ་ཆུ་གྲང་མོ་དང་བསྲེས་ཏེ་བཏུང་ངོ༌། །ཞག་གསུམ་པ་ལ་འབྲུམ་པ་སྐྱེ་བ་ན། འབྲུམ་པས་ཤི་བའི་ཐོད་པའམ་གཞན་བདར་ལ་མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་བསྲེས་ཏེ་བཏུང་ངོ༌། །ཨོཾ་ཕྲེཾ་བི་ཤྭ་མཱ་ཏྲཻ་བཛྲ་ཀཎྜ་ཀི་ནཱ་ཤ་ཡ་ནཱ་ཤ་ཡ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྔགས་འདིས་ཡམས་དྲུག་དང་གནོད་པ་རྣམས་ལ། བདག་དང་གཞན་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་བཟླས་པ་བྱའོ། །སྨན་ལ་ཡང་ལན་བདུན་དུ་བསྔགས་པར་བྱའོ། །འདིས་དཔྲལ་བ་སྙིང་ག་མགུལ་པ་ལྟེ་བ་གསང་གནས་སྤྱི་གཙུག་ཏུ་ཐུན་གསུམ་བསྲུང་བར་བྱའོ། །འབྱུང་བོས་བཟུང་བ་ལ་ཚ་བ་གསུམ་དང་བསྲེས་ལ་མི་བསྐྱོད་པ་འཐུངས་ན་ཞི་བའོ། །ད་ནི་བཅུད་ལེན་བརྗོད་དེ། གསེར་སྲང་གཉིས་སྦྱངས་པ་དང༌། ཟངས་མ་ལྕགས་ཀནྟི་དང༌། ལྷང་ཚེར་ལྕགས་ཀནྟི། ཀྵ་ཏི་དེ་དག་ཆ་མཉམ་པར་སྲང་གཉིས་མུ་ཟི་ཁ་མ་བཀབ་པ་ལ་སྨན་དེ་དག་གི་བར་ཀུན་དུ་སུ་བརྞ་མ་ཀྵི་ཀའི་ཕྱེ་མ་སྤང་གཉིས་བླུགས་ཏེ་མེ་དྲག་པོ་ལ་བསྐོལ་ཏེ་གསེར་གནས་པའི་བར་དུའོ། །དངུལ་ཆུ་སྲང་བཞི་ལ་ཡུང་བ་མ་བཅས་པ་དང་སོ་ཕག་གི་ཕྱེ་མ་དང་ལྷང་ཚེར་རས་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བཙགས་ལ་གསེར

For those without fever, ghee is also suitable. Boil eight times the amount of water with jati leaves, reduce it to one-fourth, and keep a little warm in the mouth to relieve tooth and mouth diseases. Boil sesame oil extract and goat's milk together, leaving only the amount of sesame oil. Mix one-fourth of that with salt and three hot spices, cool it, and put it in the ear to relieve ear diseases. Boil ghee with eight times the amount of milk, then mix it with nagakesar and saffron powder, and pour it into the nostrils to relieve nasal diseases. Apply a paste made of Panyaka, Kankoli, Lamkali, Indri, Indravaruni, and bitter herbs mixed with donkey's milk to eliminate many boils. The symptoms of measles are initially fever, followed by pain in the joints of the legs and arms, and headache. Knowing these symptoms, stand with both feet together in a room without holes, stretch both hands down to touch the thighs, and without falling, meditate on the one holding a vase until freed from the fever. From the moon in the heart, a white syllable "ཕྲེཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रें, Romanized Sanskrit: hrēṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: sha) arises, transforming into various mothers or the form of Vajradhatu Mother, with one face and two arms holding a vajra and a lotus, and a vajra on the moon, seated in vajrasana. The left hand holds the stem of a white lotus at the heart, and the right hand is in the varada mudra, meditating with life force. Grind small lentils, mix with cold water, and drink. When measles appear on the third day, grind the skull of someone who died from measles or another person, mix with the immovable one, and drink. Recite this mantra to protect oneself and others from the six plagues and harms. Also, recite it seven times over the medicine. With this, protect the forehead, heart, throat, navel, genitals, and crown of the head in three portions. If possessed by spirits, mix three hot spices and drink the immovable one to pacify. Now, I will speak about extracting essence: Refine two srangs of gold, and copper mother iron, lead iron, and kati (ཀྵ་ཏི་) in equal parts, two srangs each. In an uncovered crucible, place two pounds of Suvarnamakshika powder between these medicines, and boil over a strong fire until the gold appears. Four srangs of mercury, without alkali, along with brick powder and lead, filter seven times with cloth, then gold.
