By focusing the mind on this and pulling upwards, increasing bliss, one will attain the fourth ground. Again, focusing the mind on the bliss that melts in the heart due to the passion of wisdom, and relying on this, focusing on the moment of three thousand six hundred breaths, pulling upwards, increasing bliss, and through the radiance of the lotus of wisdom, one will attain the sixth ground. Similarly, in the throat, increasing the bliss of the moment of three thousand six hundred breaths, pulling upwards, and reflecting back to the lotus of wisdom, one will attain the eighth ground. Again, similarly, focusing the mind on the moment of three thousand six hundred breaths in the forehead, and increasing bliss, one will attain the tenth ground. Similarly, focusing the mind on the bindus of the four petals of the crown chakra, stopping all twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths there, and generating all bliss there, the seventy-two thousand channels filled with the taste of bliss, and increasing bliss, one will attain the twelfth ground. This is called "the hidden sheath submerged in the scabbard." "The crown invisible" refers to the fact that all bliss is generated there and increases from it, hence it is called "the crown invisible." Regarding the knowledge from above to the burning, the Blessed One also taught: Om Dda (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཌྜཱ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ ḍḍā,汉语字面意思:嗡 扎), from to the burning. The four bindus melt, arriving at the secret place, the fourth is generated in this way. This is what is said in the tantra. Om Dda (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཌྜཱ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ ḍḍā,汉语字面意思:嗡 扎) refers to the four petals of the crown chakra. From to refers to passing from the forehead through the heart, generating bliss. The burning refers to generating bliss on the red A in the navel chakra. The four bindus refer to the places where the bindu of the body, the bindu of speech, the bindu of mind, and the bindu of wisdom reside. Melting refers to melting by the passion of wisdom, from the lotus to the burning, the body melts, speech melts, mind melts, and wisdom melts. The wise one refers to the special object of focus at the time when method and wisdom are equally entered into, by the power of the yoga practitioners and yoginis who have meditated.

Knowing refers to the junction where the three channels converge, at the apex of the Avadhuti channel. 'Coming' means that the body's bindu is enjoyed, giving rise to bliss; the speech's bindu comes, giving rise to extraordinary bliss; the mind's bindu comes, causing all channels to expand and give rise to bliss; the wisdom's bindu comes, making the entire body blissful, permeating all pores, and giving rise to bliss. 'Fourth' refers to the samadhi in which the mind does not waver anywhere, the naturally abiding mind that is free from all doing and seeking, unbound by any knowledge, not encountering conditions, and abiding in the essential place. That is the true fourth, symbolized by the metaphorical fourth, which is the realm of activity of the Buddha alone. Yogis attain the fourth through metaphorical representation. Likewise, yogis who have obtained the guru's instructions, those become the cause of liberation and stabilize samadhi. Those who have not been grasped by the guru's instructions will not become the cause of samadhi, but will instead regenerate the sixty-three and fall into the lower realms, accumulating the cause of samsara, and their result will be sentient beings falling into hell. If enjoying desire and so on becomes the cause of liberation and so on, and one sees unsurpassed enlightenment, then animals such as dogs, pigs, donkeys, and prostitutes should also be liberated by enjoying desire, attain enlightenment, and become Buddhas. But those do not become the cause of liberation, but instead become the cause of bondage, and their result is sentient beings falling into hell and experiencing the suffering of burning and cooking. Therefore, the guru's instructions are extremely important and should be sought. It is said: 'The teacher ferries across from the great ocean of suffering. Or those who are extremely special, those should be offered to the guru. Therefore, the guru should be pleased.' Generation means that, as the guru's instructions state, generating from the secret mandala of the form of tummo fire, then the aggregates, elements, sense bases, faculties, actions, and the functions of the faculties of action, that is, the six sixes, thirty-six, etc., body, speech, mind, and wisdom.
