This is an explanation about repetitive statements. If asked: Why is it that only this does not change? Because the Lord of Time is the cause of breathing in and out, and it is the characteristic of preventing phenomena such as night and day. Because there is no birth and death, it gives liberation to yogis and is free from faults such as permanence. As it is said in the Kalachakra: Yogis attain liberation, and this is accomplished by those who appear without thought. This is the extensive explanation. Therefore, it is the giver of excellence and the remover of faults. If asked: Since the nature of emptiness and compassion, that one and only one has no birth and death of the three realms, why is it repeated? Although this is true, other gods such as Vishnu, Shiva, and Prithvi are also considered permanent by non-Buddhists. The Buddhas of the Shravaka vehicle also say that everything is extinguished, like the extinguishing of a lamp. Therefore, in order to clarify its Dharma nature, it is repeated that "the three realms do not arise or perish." If asked: Why is it that only this does not change? Because gods such as Vishnu, Shiva, and Prithvi have afflictions such as desire, so they are samsaric beings. The Buddhas of the Shravaka vehicle manifest nirvana because they possess detachment from desire. The Lord Kalachakra, because it has reached the ultimate of attachment and non-attachment, does not abide in existence or nirvana. If asked: Since the Kalachakra is the Dharmakaya of the unity of knowledge and the knowable, why is it repeated that it is the Dharmakaya of the unity of knowledge and the knowable? Although this is true, there are other Buddhists, namely cunning Vijnanavada followers and Sautrantikas with very coarse thoughts. They believe that parts and objects with parts are separate from atoms, but they do not go beyond the nature of consciousness and remain Vijnanavada followers. The Sautrantikas believe that atoms are combined, so they acknowledge that the knowable and knowledge are different.

For the sake of eliminating that desire, it was proclaimed, "The body of oneness of wisdom and the object of wisdom." So, why doesn't its principle change? Because having and not having are both accompanied by faults such as permanence. The Blessed One said in the root tantra: "Subtle particles aggregate, then in all times become permanent. Subtle particles separate, then in all times become impermanent. Things are neither permanent nor impermanent. From the separation of subtle particles, there are parts and no parts." This is from the complete holding, sentient beings and Brahma speakers, are proclaimed by the deceitful ones. Those who enter the path of the Sugata Buddhas, abandoning the two extremes, are worthy of praise. Abandoning the holding of permanence and impermanence, those who abide in the principle of the two truths, after being firm on the two truths, the Dharma proclaimed by the Buddhas, which teachers practice, they are Buddhas, the others are outsiders. Therefore, possessing the nature of emptiness and great compassion, a completely pure mind. It is not of the nature of form, because there are no subtle particles. Nor is it of the nature of formlessness, because it exists in emptiness. Liberated from permanence and annihilation, it is also the body of oneness of wisdom and the object of wisdom of the Blessed One. Thus, by the complete purification of the obscurations of consciousness, the first emptiness of the great emptiness five-syllable vajra, possessing the characteristic of obstructing consciousness, because that transcends the Dharma nature of consciousness. And, because it was proclaimed that it is another consciousness. Born into that lineage, it is also beyond the realms and faculties such as space. Therefore, it is only the unknowable consciousness of all gatherings. Therefore, by the names of the individual letters, possessing the nature of the four bodies, the object of the hand, the supreme and excellent lama is clear. What will be proclaimed is: "By the letters such as Ka, the Tathagatas, etc., the first Buddha without distinction, by whom the emanations, the perfect enjoyment, the excellent Dharma and purity, to the four bodies spoken of, I prostrate with my head." That is, abiding. Now it is another possessing the characteristic of obstructing formation...
