That which has not changed becomes an empty bindu. If that bindu also does not move, it is said to be supremely unchanging. This supremely unchanging is the letter A; that which arises from the letter A is said to be the perfectly complete Buddha, the self-nature of wisdom and means, Vajrasattva, the co-emergent state of a hermaphrodite, because it is the self-nature of knowledge and the knowable, and because cause and effect are inseparable. That is the Bhagavan Kalachakra, the state of supreme unchanging bliss. In the praise of the great mandala of the Vajra Realm, in which the Bhagavan truly speaks of names, the first verse says: Thus, the Buddha Bhagavan, the complete Buddha arises from A. A is the best of all letters. It is the great meaning, unchanging and excellent. Similarly, in the praise of the wisdom of diligent activity, the second verse says: The generator of all secret mantra meanings, the great bindu without letters, the great emptiness, the five unchanging, the empty bindu, the six unchanging. Similarly, it is said in the Root Tantra: Those who combine A, etc., and Ka, etc., on the seat of Vajrasattva, on the body arising from the unchanging, do not desire the letter Hum, etc. That which is born from this unchanging and whose change has deteriorated is endowed with the supreme faculties, that is, change is the characteristic of the state of arising and ceasing, that is, the moment of transition. That in which it ceases is the supremely unchanging, the moment without transition, which is called time, and that itself is the vajra, that is, knowledge. The aggregates, elements, and sense bases of that time, without obscuration, are called the wheel, and the three existences are one, that is, the knowable without obscuration. That itself is called the great mandala of the Vajra Realm, that is, possessing all aspects, all faculties, the nature of the bindu, holding various illusions, that is, the body of the Bhagavan, possessing the self-nature of wisdom and means. In the praise of the five aspects in the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras, the Bhagavan said in the second verse: Time and various kinds of vajras, etc.

The supreme one is an unparalleled being, all-pervading, without elaboration. Eternally abiding, with ears, nose, face, eyes, head, hands, and feet all complete. He is the limit of beings, the protector of beings, the supreme holder of the three realms, the cause of all causes. He is to be realized by yogis and others through wisdom, the state of supreme bliss, I prostrate to the Wheel of Time. Likewise, regarding other inner knowledge, the Blessed One, in the inner chapter, spoke in ninety-five verses. Possessing limbs, possessing the Vedas, possessing the treatises of mindfulness, and endowed with the ultimate of logic, in the world. Treatises made by masters of poetry, extensive like fire and others, are also not knowledge. What is called knowledge is inner knowledge, which is unchanging, in this world, it is well-spoken by the Buddhas. From which all three realms arise, and into what does the lord of men again dissolve, that is to say, the Blessed One, the Wheel of Time, is the nature of skillful means and wisdom, that is, he speaks through the connection of the knower and the known, here, the most unchanging wisdom, becoming the cause of the cessation of all obscurations, is called time, that is, skillful means. The nature of the infinite objects of knowledge of the three realms is the wheel, that is, wisdom. The oneness of the knower and the known is called the Wheel of Time, the Blessed One, in the fifth chapter of the King of Tantras, spoke of the Wheel of Time in sixty-three verses as follows: Infinite Buddha fields, and immeasurable qualities, and realms such as space. The three of dwelling, birth, and decay, called existence, and all sentient beings of the six realms. Buddhas, wrathful deities, assemblies of gods, and Bodhisattvas possessing compassion, together with consorts. All these are revered by the three realms, it is the single wheel of the sole source of bliss of the victors. The nature of knowledge is time, the characteristic of the known is the wheel, the oneness of the knower and the known is the Wheel of Time. In this order of speaking, the Blessed One, the Wheel of Time, is the letter ཨེ་ཝཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), Vajrasattva, that is, the
