Om Sarva Vajra Dakini Sahita Sarva Satvanam Shantim Kam Poushtikam Raksha Baran Guhbin Kuru Kuru Sli Bajre Shi Bajra Hung Hung Phat, this is the recitation of breath on the mandala of the earth. Thus, the mantra of the rosary should be recited the number of times of the wheel of breath each day and night. Here, there is no counting rosary, and no recitation of mantra, but along with the in and out of breath, the letters of the mantra completely enter and exit, like a rosary of flowers, observe with the nature of the moon and sun, in accordance with and not in accordance with the rules. Thus, internally, the yogi should recite more than eight thousand hundred thousand times in five days. In five hundred days, recite more than eighty million breaths. Then the body is purified, likewise the speech is purified, likewise the mind is completely purified. Thus, in one hundred and fifteen days, the breath becomes unmoving, and the state of the vase of life is attained. After that, the yogis will generate five kinds of clairvoyance, because the life force of the left, right, and central channels runs correctly, this is the order of Vajra recitation and the order of hermaphrodite recitation, this is the definite understanding of the Bhagavan. Now, the breaths of Avadhuti, and the body, speech, mind, wisdom, and five chakras, with this, the summary of all Buddhas is spoken, what are the breaths, etc., here, at the time of a child's birth, in the central channel, what are the breaths, fifty-six including the feet, including the feet, taste and red, those eight will become wheels, by the power of below and the sky, the goddesses in the center of the door are

Among these breaths, the eight breaths of body, speech, mind, and wisdom nature come from the distinction of wisdom and means. They are the eight goddesses on the petals of the heart-essence lotus. Here in the skull vessels, they are immutable, and also the heroes. Eight are the ultimate in form, hence on the wheel of earth. Eight are the ultimate in consciousness, hence on the wheel of water. Eight are the ultimate in sensation, hence on the wheel of fire. Eight are the ultimate in formation, hence on the wheel of wind. Eight are the ultimate in name and form, hence on the wheel of space. Eight are the ultimate in wisdom, hence on the eight great charnel grounds. Thus, on the six wheels of the secret place, navel, heart, throat, forehead, and crown, there are forty-eight. Likewise, there are two in the nostrils, two in the eyes, two in the ears, and two in the gate of the tongue and the hole of the crown, which is the assembly of goddesses, thus there are fifty-six. The remaining one, born from a foot, is the mother of the three existences, the manifold mother, holding a curved knife and a skull cup. The left outstretched embraces the sun and moon with the portion of nectar. Abiding with the right outstretched above the demons and afflictions is the supreme, immutable bliss of the Bhagavan Kalachakra. The seeds of these breaths will be explained later, spoken from lī (Tibetan: ལྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ली, Sanskrit Romanization: lī, Chinese literal meaning: lī) and so on, the eight vowels, etc., therefore it is not written here. Here, the definite meaning is that which is constantly stable, and as long as it is in the state of vase breath, the yogi should always meditate on the life breath in the central channel by means of entry and exit. Then the yogi will attain the five superknowledges, from the recitation of the life breath, this is the Bhagavan's definitive understanding. Thus, with an indivisible limb, one should recite the mantra with a mind endowed with life breath, this is the vajra word from all the tantras, which has been said before. Any recitation of the life breath, if it is separate from mantra recitation and rosary, even that is called recitation, because of the entry and exit of the life breath. Now, outer and inner.
