This is the ascertainment of the arising of deities from the Condensed Tantra and the Root Tantra. Now, with "thirty" and so on, it is said that the Condensed Tantra arises from this Supreme First Buddha. Here, from the sixteen hundred with more than twenty Supreme First Buddhas, the portion obtained by thirty is transformed into fifty-four deities. Again, multiplied by three, that is, multiplied by body, speech, and mind, it becomes more than one hundred and sixty-two. Among them, the deities of the mandala are the number of one hundred and fifty-four, that is, the principal deity of the mandala, the union of skillful means and wisdom, and the six mudras of the periphery. With one-tenth, the Wheel of Time arises from the Supreme First Buddha, that is, by the differentiation of the terminal veins of Ida and so on, up to the conch-bearing woman. In the periphery, it is the meaning of straightness. This is the ascertainment of the Condensed Wheel of Time Tantra. Now, with "Thusness" and so on, the veins of the wheels, that is, the veins of the Wheel of Time, are spoken of. Here, the three veins of the three families in the body, that is, the navel, the secret place, and the vajra jewel, are those that hold the bindus of body, speech, and mind. Likewise, the veins of the six families are the flowing of lalana, rasana, avadhuti, excrement, urine, and semen. Likewise, the veins of the thirty-six families are the six veins of the six chakras, such as the crown of the head, and the two that hold sound, the two that hold awareness, the two that hold form, the two that hold taste, and the two that hold smell; these are the ten veins. Within the navel chakra and the other round ones, there are the twelve veins of movement and the veins of the eight time periods. Thus, the entirety becomes the chief of the thirty-six families, that is, the six with the nature of taste, and the six with the nature of elements, and the six with the nature of faculties, and the six with the nature of objects, and the six with the nature of active faculties, and the six with the nature of objects of active faculties. Likewise, the six that cause entry into form, and the six that cause entry into feeling, and the six that cause entry into perception, and the six that cause entry into formation, and the six that cause entry into consciousness, and the six that cause entry into wisdom.
