It should be understood that the day is increasing. Here, the words of the mantra are like this, with the order of rejoicing when the night increases and the order of gathering when the day increases: ཧ་ཧི་ཧྲྀ་ཧུ་ཧླྀ་ཧཾ། (Tibetan) ཧ་ཧིཧྲྀཧུཧླྀཧཾ (Sanskrit Devanagari) ha hi hri hu hli ham (Sanskrit Romanization) Ha He Hri Hu Hli Ham. This is called night, and by the division of thought it is wisdom, and by the division of body it is means. This is called day, and by the division of thought it is means, and by the division of body it is wisdom. Semen and the moon arise from the thought of wisdom, therefore they are wisdom; they arise from the body of means, therefore they are means. Likewise, dust and the sun arise from the thought of means, therefore they are means; they arise from the body of wisdom, therefore they are wisdom, and in this way one should understand in all cases. Now, the mantra of the three realms, which are stable and moving, has been spoken. The birthplaces of gods, humans, powerful beings, and sentient beings are also called mantra knowledge. Gods are the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, and asuras are also included in them. Humans and powerful beings are very famous, such as kings and the infinite. The birthplaces of sentient beings are the four kinds mentioned earlier. The stable birthplaces are Mount Meru and trees, etc. All of these become mantras named by the name of the mantra. In these three realms, whatever name is what, in order to accomplish it, it becomes a symbol of the mantra. The first letter becomes the seed of wisdom, and all the name endings become the mantra of recitation. In order to accomplish various meanings, one should understand infinite mantras by the division of the names of infinite sentient beings. For example, for the sake of the fruits of virtue and non-virtue, the first letter of the name is the house, and all the letters of the name also wage war, decreasing or increasing the vowels. Likewise, the actions of meditation and recitation are accomplished by the first letter and all the names, and there is no confusion about dependent origination, and the treasures and mantras and medicines

The power arising from the complete transformation of one's own mind is inconceivable. In "those with A, etc., and Ka, etc.," "A, etc." refers to the letter A, etc., which is the collection of vowels. "Those with Ka, etc." refers to the letter Ka, etc., which possesses consonants. Thus, it is in this order of statement. The three realms, namely the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, will certainly be produced. The lord of men refers to the Tibetan. The essence of the lunar phases, etc., and various mantras, is a concise summary. Now, beginning with "the vowels are," etc., I shall explain the ninth verse, which includes the place of origin of the vowels, etc. "The vowels are, connected with Ka, Tsa, Ta, Pa, Ta, and the correctly combined Tha, Kha, etc., are the places of origin," here the vowels refer to the previously mentioned letter A, etc., namely A, I, Ri, U, Li, the five. The places of origin of these are five in number, as many as there are. If asked how the vowels are transformed, the answer is "connected with Ka, Tsa, Ta, Pa, Ta, and the correctly combined Tha, Kha, etc.," that is, as many as there are, the groups of letters such as Ka, etc., and the combinations, the letters of Tha, Kha, etc., each combined with them, namely Tha, Kha, Sha, Sa, Va, Sa, and the correctly combined ones, that is, because "etc." is mentioned, it also includes Ha, Ya, Ra, Va, La, etc. Thus, A, Ku, Ha, separated, arise from the throat. I, Chu, Ya, Sha arise from the palate. Ri, Tu, Ra, Sha arise from the crown of the head. U, Pu, Va, Va arise from the lips. Li, Tu, La, Sa arise from the teeth. Thus, the places of origin are spoken of. If asked how the throat and the upper part of the palate are transformed, the answer is the place of origin from space, wind, and combustible matter. The lips and teeth are the places of origin of water and earth, and the letter A, etc., arises as many as there are, so-called arising, which means that when reciting in those places, one can understand the meaning of the sound. Here, in order to accomplish the ritual of mantra recitation, one should understand the place of origin, and the others are stated by dividing the chakras of the body for the sake of the meaning of the place of meditation. "A, etc." refers to the crown chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, head chakra, navel chakra, etc., in order. The so-called "A, etc." refers to the number of vowels such as the letter A, etc., like space, etc.
