Etc., wasn't it spoken by the Tathagata that the place where the Bhagavan Vajradhara resides is definitely indicated? How can this king of tantras, the all-knowing one, etc., be separated from "Thus I have heard," etc., and be truly revealed by the Buddha Bhagavan? Because there is no definite indication of the place of residence through "Thus I have heard," etc., therefore this king of tantras was not spoken by the Buddha Bhagavan, so some people who rely on names and words will have such words appear here. Therefore, in this statement, in the future, foolish people who rely on names and words will say that wherever the king of tantras is said to be spoken by the Tathagata, with "Thus I have heard," etc., definitely indicating the place where the Bhagavan Vajradhara resides, that is not the case. Because the Dharma teacher himself relies on meaning, and the compilers also accurately compile with various local languages. Here, if "Thus I have heard," etc., are well-formed words produced by the effort of the throat and palate, etc., then the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, and in that case, the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma are also taught by the Tathagata at many times, and the compilers cannot write them down, because it is only a single well-formed word. Here, because there are no infinite emanations, it is also impossible to teach the Dharma simultaneously with the voices of infinite sentient beings in infinite and boundless realms. Because there is no teaching of the eighty-four thousand aggregates of Dharma, it will become not omniscient, but that is not the case. Here, the Tathagata said that the Buddhas are immeasurable, the Dharma is immeasurable, and the Sangha is immeasurable, therefore the teacher is not the only omniscient one. The language of the omniscient one is not the only way to express meaning with the language of all sentient beings. Definitely indicating the place of residence is not the only one. The Tathagata's supplication

The arrivals are not just the monastic community of Śrāvakas. Here, due to the various inclinations of sentient beings, there are many omniscient ones, many languages of the omniscient ones, many places of dwelling, many petitioners, and many teachings. Therefore, the Tathāgata did not expound all the tantras with the single language of the gods, produced by the effort of the throat and palate, etc., with "Thus have I heard." Here, first, briefly, in the manner of the Śrāvakas, the Dharma is taught in the Magadha language, such as the three baskets, as follows: The Dharma is taught with "Ityapi so bhagavāṃ samyaksaṃbuddho vidyācaraṇasaṃpanno sugato lokavidu anuttaro," and so on. Similarly, in the land of Campaka north of the Śītā River, the Dharma is taught in the language of a million villages, as follows: The Dharma is taught with "Akaraṣṭukhuṣṇukagagaṇaku, jiṇamakabijiriṭaku, dudurupaka," and so on. Similarly, in the land of Surammā north of Rukamā, the Dharma is taught in the language of a million villages, as follows: The Dharma is taught with "Akamayasada, baladādatatabiraṭa, minika akuṭabarādada, jigitibarādada," and so on. Thus, since the Tathāgata teaches the three vehicles in the languages of many lands, it is not just with the well-formed Sanskrit of "Thus have I heard," and so on. Therefore, the compilers of the kings of tantras written in well-formed Sanskrit, in some places, the place of dwelling is definitely indicated by "Thus have I heard," and so on, but in some places it is not. First, briefly, in many kings of tantras, such as the glorious Guhyasamāja Twenty-Five Thousand and the Māyājāla Sixteen Thousand, the place of dwelling is definitely indicated by "Thus have I heard," and so on. In some, it is not, such as the Supreme Primordial Buddha Twelve Thousand, the Yoga Following Awareness Thirty-Six Thousand, and the Great Māyājāla One Hundred Thousand. Likewise, it is the same for many kings of tantras. How are the root kings of tantras?

Similarly, in the collected tantras extracted from there, some scriptures explain with "Thus I have heard," etc., while others do not. Here, in the Glorious Guhyasamaja, the Bhagavan said, "Thus I have heard, at one time the Bhagavan resided in the lotus of the Vajra Yogini's bhaga of the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas," thus clearly stating the place of residence. Similarly, in the Net of Illusion, the place of residence is clearly stated with "Thus I have heard," etc. Similarly, in other root tantras and kings of collected tantras, the place of residence is clearly stated. Here, in the Supreme First Buddha, the Bhagavan said: "Omniscient wisdom body, sun's body inexhaustible, glorious lotus petals expanding eyes, residing on the Buddha's lion throne. Body, speech, mind, and attachment, in the mandala of body, speech, and mind, the lord of body, speech, mind, and attachment, Vajrasattva supreme deity. This indivisible Vajra Yoga, the wheel of time, unchanging bliss. First Buddha without beginning or end, First Buddha without lineage. All-encompassing Vajra, the fortunate one, all-encompassing diverse vows. Twelve aspects of true meaning, holding sixteen aspects of that nature." Etc., in the Supreme First Buddha, the place of residence is clearly stated. Similarly, in the Thirty-Six Thousand Verses of Yoga Following Awareness, the Bhagavan said: "In the lotus of Vajra Dakini, this supreme deity, the only one, with the spontaneously born form of joy, resides in those who are the nature of the three realms." Etc., in Yoga Following Awareness, the place of residence is clearly stated. Similarly, in the Hundred Thousand Verses of Manifestation, the Bhagavan said: "In the secret of all messengers, resides the nature of all Bodhisattvas, the nature of all Bodhisattva messengers, Vajrasattva great bliss." Etc., the place of residence is explained, and this should be understood from the oral instructions of the guru. Similarly, the petitioner is from the Glorious Guhyasamaja: Then Vajrapani was blessed by the Bhagavan Vajradhara.
