Then, with that, the line of the arrow, offer all the things outside of it. Meditate on the form of Vairochana, take the samaya mind. With the mantra Om Ah Kham Pira (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཁཾ་པཱི་ར་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ khaṃ pīra，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 康 贝 Ra), the garland of flowers, the pure line of the eye. If it becomes like that, the activity of empowerment will be accomplished. If you see black things, the fierce activity will be accomplished. After covering the eyes with a cloth, these signs will be seen. Then the Vajra Master should speak words of praise. Just as merit comes, in the order of the goddess lineage, there is accomplishment as it is. In each of their own lineages, this child upon whom the flower falls will obtain such accomplishment. From the thread of the eye-covering cloth, place a good flower in the hand. Praticcha ho Vajradhara (Tibetan, प्रतीच्छ, praticcha, receive) Say it three times and offer it. The Lama should look at the flower. Accomplishments are superior, intermediate, and inferior. With the best limb, one will undoubtedly obtain the accomplishment of the great mudra. With the intermediate limb, the mantra will be accomplished. With the inferior limb, the small will be accomplished. In the central place of one's own goddess, or between oneself and others, whichever seat the flower is close to, it belongs to that one. That place will disappear in the center. If it falls outside the mandala, a slight accomplishment will come. If it falls on the Pañcarekha, offer it three times from the outside. If it falls on top of it again, one will never obtain accomplishment. Give one water empowerment for that. Do not give other empowerments. Outside the door and the stable, if it falls outside the Vajra garland, if there is not even the smallest accomplishment, how will other great accomplishments be achieved? Vajrasattva today, you must diligently open your eyes. Because I have opened all eyes, the Vajra eye is the best of the best. Then, the meaning of the mandala wheel, first, starting with the gatekeepers, the position of the mandala as it is, showing each direction and intermediate direction separately. The vase is endowed with the Dharmadhatu, it is a vessel of the precious Buddha.
