ན་པའི་ཁུར་གྱིས་མནན་པ་ལྟ་བུ། དབུས་སུ་གཉེར་མ་གསུམ་པ་གཅེར་བུ་རྒྱས་ཤིང་སྐབས་ཕྱེད་པའི་འཕོངས་ཀྱི་ཆ་ཅན་གར་དགུའི་རོ་དང་ལྡན་པ་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་ཕྱེད་པའི་གར་གྱིས་མནན་པ་འགྱིང་ཞིང་རོལ་པར་ལྡན་པ་ལེགས་པའི་ན་ཚོད་ཅན། ཡིད་དགའ་བའི་གནས་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཚོགས་འཆར་བ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ལས་བྱུང་བ་ཡང་དག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་ཅན་དུ་བདག་མེད་མ་བལྟ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཆོས་ཇི་ལྟ་བས་དམ་ཚིག་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཞུག་པ་བྱས་ལ་དེའི་མིག་དང་སྐུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པར་མོས་སོ། །དེའི་རྩིབས་དང་ལྡན་པ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་གི་ངོ་བོ་བདེ་བའི་སྙིང་པོའི་གཞི་སྟེ། སིནྡྷུ་རའི་ཚོགས་སམ་སྔ་དྲོའི་མཚམས་ལྟར་དམར་བ་དང་པོ་མཆོག་གི་སྙིང་པོར་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྩིབས་དང་ལྡན་པ་ནས་འབབ་པ། དབུས་ཀྱི་རྩ་ནས་ཞུ་བ་འབབ་པའི་རྒྱུན་གྱི་དབྱིབས་ཅན་སྐྱེས་པ། རྡོ་རྗེའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཡན་ལག་ལ་རྟེན་ཅིང་འབྲེལ་བར་འབྱུང་བ་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་རྣམས་གཡས་དང་གཡོན་དང་འོག་གཞིའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སོང་བ་རྣམས། སྐར་ཁུང་དྲ་བའི་རྣམ་པ་ཅན་གྱི་གནས་བཅུ་གཉིས་སུ་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་དང་དགའ་བ་དང་དབང་དུ་སྟོན་པ་ཟླུམ་ཞིང་ དང་བའི་མུ་ཏིག་དམར་པོའི་རྡོག་མའི་རྣམ་པ་ལྟ་བུ་ཐིག་ལེ་བཅུ་གཉིས་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམས་ལ། རྣམ་པར་ཐར་པའི་སྒོ་བཞིའི་ངོ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གནས་བཞི་དང༌། རྡོ་རྗེ་བཞིའི་བདག་ཉིད་དང་ཡི་གེ་བཞིའི་རྣམ་པ་དང་སྐུ་བཞིར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་སྟེང་གི་གནས་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྣམ་པ་སྐུ་རྡོ་རྗེར་བསྐྱེད་པའི་སྐྱེ་བ་ཅན་སྟོན་ཀའི་རི་བོང་ཅན་ལྟ་བུའོ། །གཡོན་པའི་གནས་ནི་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་པའི་རྣམ་པ་གསུང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མྱུ་གུ་སྐྱེད་པར་བྱེད་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་པདྨ་རཱ་ག་ལྟ་བུའོ། །གཡས་པའི་ཁྱིམ་ཡང་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་པའི་རྣམ་པ་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྕུག་ཕྲན་སྐྱེད་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །དབུས་ཀྱི་གནས་ནི་ཆོས་འབྱུང་བའི་རྣམ་པ་དམ་ཚིག་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་ཅན་རིགས་བཟང་པོའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ་ལྟ་བུ་འོད་ཟེར་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གཞིར་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་སྐད་ཅིག་མའི་ཐིག་ལེ་རྣམས་ནི་དགའ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་རྣམས་ལའོ། །དགའ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་རྣམས་ནི་དབང་གི་ཐིག་ལེ་རྣམས་ལའོ། །དབང་གི་ཐིག་ལེ་རྣམས་ནི་སྐུ་རྣམས་ལ་ཞུགས་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་སྐུ་བཞི་པ་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་ཞུགས་པ་ཡང་རྒྱུ་སྐར་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལྟ་བུར་དབུས་ཀྱི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལས་ཞུ་ནས་ནང་དུ་ཐིམ་པར་ཡིད་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་པར་བསམ་མོ། །དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་དེ་ཉིད་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཕྲེང་བ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲོ་བ་ཅན་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆར་ལྟ་བུའི་ཐིག་ལེའོ། །ཐིག་ལེར་ཞུགས་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་ལས་ནཱ་དའི་སྐུད་པས་བཀུག་སྟེ། ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པའི་རྩའི་ལམ་ནས་སྟེང་དུ་སོང་ནས་ཆུ་དང་འོ་མ་ལྟར་ཆོས་དང་ཐིག་ལེ་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་རོ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་དང༌། སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་གཟུགས་ཅན་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པ་ལྷན་ཅིག་སྐྱེས་པ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་རྫ་མཁན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་བའི་ཤུགས་ལྟར་འཁོར་བར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག་ལས་ཐིག་ལེ་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྟེ་དང་པོའོ།། །། གཉིས་པ། འབྱུང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་དང་སྐུ་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་དོན་དམ་པའི་ཡི་གེའི་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་བར་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག དེ་ནས་སྔར་གསུངས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་སྔགས་པས་སྔར་བརྗོད་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཁང་པར་ཞུགས་ལ་སྟན་བདེ་བ་ལ་འདུག་སྟེ། བསྲུང་བའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཆོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡང་བྱས་ལ། ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿ་ སརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ། འདིས་ནི་བདག་མེད་མ་རུ་ལྷག་པར་མོས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་འོག་གཞི་ཤིང་རྟའི་ཡན་ལག་ཅན་གྱི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ལ་གནས་ཏེ་སྲོག་སོང་བའི་སྙིང་གར་རི་བོང་ཅན་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་སྔོན་པོ་འམ་དམར་ནག་གམ་དམར་པོ་ལྟ་བུ་གང་འདོད་པ་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་བདག་མེད་མའི་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱས་ལ། ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་མིག་དང་སྐུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པ་བལྟ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་གཞིའི་རྩིབས་ཅན་ལ་དང་པོ་མཆོག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་མཚན་ཉིད་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན། མཚལ་དང་འདའ་དི་མའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟ་བུ་གྲུ་གསུམ་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་སའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་སྟོབས་དང་བྲལ་བའི་མགོ་བོའི་དུམ་བུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་ནང་དུ་ཆུའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་འོ་མ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་དཀར་པོ་རིལ་པོར་བསམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་དབུས་སུ་མེའི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་གློག་ལྟར་འཁྱུག་པའི་མཚོན་བསམས་ལ། མེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལྟེ་བ་ལ་རླུང་གི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་པ་འབར་བ་བསམ་མོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་འབྱུང་བ་ལྔའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་ཐིག་ལེས་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན་པའི་ས་བོན་དགའ་བའི་ཚོགས་ཅན་འོད་གསལ་བར་བལྟའོ། །དེ་ནས་མེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེ་ལ་ཆགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་སྟོན་པ་གསལ་བར་འབར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་གསུམ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལ་སྟེང་གི་གྲྭར་དོན་གྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྟོང་པའི་ཡིད་ཙམ་དུ་གསལ་བའོ། །གཡོན་གྱི་གྲྭར་ཡང་དག་པར་འདོད་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་བསྐྱེད་པ་ཅན་ནོ། །གཡས་ཀྱི་གྲྭར་དགྱེས་པ་བསྐྱེད་པ་ཅན་ནོ། །དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཡི་གེ་གསུམ་སྟེ་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་དངོས་དང་མཇུག་གི་བདེ་བའི་རྒྱུར་ངེས་པའི་ཚིག་ཏུ་གྲུབ་པར་རྟོགས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་རེག་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ཆགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རླུང་གིས་བསྐྱོད་ནས་རྗེས་སུ་ཆགས་པ་འདོད་པ་མོ་མཚོན་པ་ལྟར། བཅུག་པའི་ཁྱིམ་གྱི་སྒོར་བ་ཐག་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཕྲ་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་ས་བོན་གྱི་ཡི་གེ་ཐིག་ལེ་ཅན་ནཱ་དའི་རོ་མའི་གཟུགས་སྟེང་དུ་སོང་ཡང་རུང་མ་མོ་ལྟར་སོང་བ་སྟེ། ཡང་འཁྱོག་པོར་འགྲོ་བར་མགྲིན་པའི་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་བུ་གའི་ཕུག་ནི་ཁྱིམ་སྟེ་ལྕེ་ཆུང་འཕྱང་བའི་རྩེར་གནས་པ་དཔལ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀའི་ངོ་བོ་ཧཾ་ཡིག་ལ་བདག་མེད་མས་རེག་པར་བལྟའོ། ། དེ་ནས་དེར་རེག་པའི་བདེ་བ་རྒྱས་པའི་བདེ་བ་ཅན་མི་ཤིགས་པའི་ཐིག་ལེ་ལས་འཐིགས་པ་དྲི་མ་མེད་ཅིང་དགའ་བའི་ཆུའི་བདུད་རྩི་ཆར་གྱི་སྙིང་པོའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བས། ཡང་དག་པར་ཚིམ་པ་དང་དགའ་བ་དང་བཅས་ཤིང་ལྷག་པར་དགའ་བས་གང་ཞིག་མྱོས་པ་ནི་འཕང་ལོ་བསྐོར་བ་ལྟར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་དེ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡང་དེའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་དབྱེར་མི་ཕྱེད་པ་དང་སྐུ་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་དང༌། ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་བླ་མ་དམ་པའི་མན་ངག་ལས་རིག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག་ལས་འབྱུང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་དང་སྐུ་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན་དོན་དམ་པའི་ཡི་གེའི་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་བར་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྟེ་གཉིས་པའོ།། །། གསུམ་པ། ཤེས་རབ་མཆོག་གི་བདག་ཉིད་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་རོལ་པ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག དེ་ནས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་པས་བགེགས་བསལ་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཆོ་ག་ནི་དབེན་པའི་ཁྱིམ་ལ་སོགས་པར་སྟན་འཇམ་ཞིང་བདེ་བར་འདུག་སྟེ་བདག་ཉིད་བདག་མེད་མར་མོས་པར་བྱས་ལ་དག་པའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་དོ། །འོག་གཞིའི་རྩིབས་དང་ལྡན་པ་ནི་མྱ་ངན་མེ་དང་རྒྱ་སྐྱེགས་ཤིང་དང་ཀུ་སུ་མའི་མེ་ཏོག་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་ཤིང་རྟའི་ཡན་ལག་ཅན་གྲུ་གསུམ་པར་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ཀྱི་ཟེའུ་འབྲུར་ཟླ་བའོ། །དེར་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣོན་པོ་རྩེ་གཅིག་པས་འོག་གི་ཆ་བརྒྱན་པ་དབུས་ཀྱི་ཆར་སྣ་ཚོགས་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཚན་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འཕྱང་བ་སྒྲ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དྲིལ་བུའི་ཕྲེང་བ་དང་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའི་ཕྲེང་བ་དང་ལྡན་པ་སྐེའི་ཆར་རོ། །སྟེང་གི་ཆར་ཕུལ་དུ་བྱུང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་མོ་ལྔ་པས་མཚོན་པ་ལངས་ནས་གནས་པའི་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་ནི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་བདག་མེད་མའི་ངོ་བོར་ས་བོན་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་བལྟ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་དང་བར་དང་མགྲིན་པ་དང་སྟེང་གི་ཆར་ལས་དང་ཆོས་དང་དམ་ཚིག་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངོ་བོ་ནི། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་དང་དྲག་པོ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་མགོ་མེད་དོ། །དེ་ཡང་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་ནག་པོ་དང་དམར་པོ་དང་དཀར་པོའི་ཁ་དོག་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམ་མོ། །ཉི་ཟླ་འགགས་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་རླུང་གིས་བསྐུལ་བས་འཇིག་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་མེའི་ཕུང་པོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབར་བ་ལྟར་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དབུས་ཀྱི་རའི་རྩེ་མོ་ནས་འཇིག་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་མེ་འབར་བ་ལྟར་ལངས་པ་དང༌། འབར་བས་བསྲེག་པའི་རྣམ་པར་འཁྲུགས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། འཁོར་ལོ་གནས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་རིག་ མའི་ཚོགས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདག་ཉིད་དུ་འཁོར་ལོ་གསུམ་བསྡུས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ངོ་བོ་བདེ་བའི་འཁོར་ལོར་མེ་འབར་བས་མར་ཞུ་བ་ལྟར་ཡང་དག་པར་བསྒོམ་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་འཛག་པའི་བདུད་རྩི་འཛིན་པ་གསོས་པ་དང༌། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་རིག་མའི་ཚོགས་བསྲེགས་ཤིང་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པའི་གཟུགས་ཅན་བརླན་པ་ཡང་ཇི་ལྟར་ཆུ་འཛིན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ལས་ཆུ་འབབ་པའི་ཐིག་ལེས་ཚིམ་པ་ནི་རྨ་བྱ་མྱོས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། ཤིན་ཏུ་དགའ་བས་གཞན་གྱི་འདོད་པས་ཚིམ་པ་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོར་ཞུགས་པ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ལས་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་སྤྲོས་བས་དགའ་བའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་གདུངས་པའི་གར་དེ། དེར་ཡིད་སོང་བའི་སྔགས་པས་ཇི་སྲིད་འདོད་པ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་དག་ནི་བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག་ལས་ཤེས་རབ་མཆོག་གི་བདག་ཉིད་ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་རོལ་པ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་སྟེ་གསུམ་པའོ།། །། བཞི་པ། མཆོག་ཏུ་བདེ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག དེ་ནས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་མཚན་ཉིད་གང་དུ་གསུངས་པས་ཇི་ལྟ་བུའི་བསྲུང་བའི་སྔགས་བྱ་སྟེ། འཚེ་བ་མེད་པའི་ཁང་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རུ་སྟན་བདེ་བ་ལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བསྡམས་པས་བདག་མེད་མར་མོས་ལ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་འཁོར་ལོའི་དབུས་སུ་སྲོག་སོང་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གཞིར་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་སྔར་གསུངས་པའི་རང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཅན་གྱི་བདག་མེད་

犹如被衰老重担压迫。中央三道皱纹赤裸裸地舒展，拥有半腰身段，具备九种妩媚的姿态，以半跏趺坐的舞姿压迫，挺拔而富于嬉戏，是美好的年龄。从令人喜悦之处涌现光芒之聚，从佛法之门产生，不要将我执视为真实的智慧之身。之后，如法一般，将智慧融入誓言，并观想其眼睛和身体等清净。其具有的轮辐是金刚持的体性，是安乐之精华的基础。如同朱砂之聚或清晨的霞光般鲜红，最初是至高无上的精华，从具有大乐之轮辐中流淌。从中央脉轮流淌融化的液滴，其形状是男性的生殖器。金刚宝塔的支分相互依存而生起，生殖之体性向右、向左和下方的方向延伸。在具有星窗网格状的十二处，刹那、喜悦和自在显现，观想十二个圆润而 清澈的红色珍珠状明点。以及四种解脱之门的体性的四个位置。观想四种金刚的自性、四种字形和四身。其中，上方的处所是金刚宝的形状，是生起身金刚之生处，犹如秋季的兔子。左侧的处所是半月形，是生起语金刚之苗芽之处，犹如珍贵的红宝石。右侧的处所也是半月形，是生起意金刚之嫩枝之处，犹如蓝宝石。中央的处所是法生之形，是生起誓言金刚之因，犹如高贵种姓的金刚藏，具有五种光芒，应观想为一切法的根基。之后，刹那的明点是喜悦的明点。喜悦的明点是自在的明点。应观想自在的明点融入诸身。随后，观想四身从上到下依次融入，犹如星辰的交汇，从中央的明点中

As if weighed down by the burden of old age. In the center, three wrinkles spread out nakedly, possessing a half-waist figure, endowed with the essence of nine graces, oppressed by a dance in half-lotus posture, upright and full of playfulness, of excellent age. From the place of joy, a collection of rays emerges, arising from the gate of Dharma, one should not regard selflessness as a true form of wisdom.
