བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཛད། བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་རྡོ་རྗེས་མཛད། དང་པོ། ཐིག་ལེ་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག རྒྱ་གར་སྐད་དུ། ནཻརཱཏྨ་ཀོ་པ་དེ་ཤ་ནཱ་མ། བོད་སྐད་དུ། བདག་མེད་མའི་མན་ངག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ། དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །གཡོན་གནས་མིང་གི་བརྐྱང་མ་ཆུ་འབབ་སྟོང་ཉིད་ཤེས་རབ་ཆ། །གཡས་གནས་མིང་གི་རོ་མ་ཁྲག་འབབ་སྙིང་རྗེ་དངོས་པོའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཅན། །དབུས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཀུན་འདར་མ་ནི་ཞུ་བ་འབབ་ཅིང་མི་ཕྱེད་གཟུགས་ཅན་གཉིས་མེད་པ། དེ་ནི་རྩ་གསུམ་གཟུགས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་ཁྱེད་སྲུངས་ཤིག །བདག་མེད་མས་ནི་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐར་ཐུག་ཁྱབ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་བདག་མེད་མ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས། །ཡང་དག་བདེ་བའི་གནས་སུ་བདག་གིས་ནི། །བདག་མེ་མ་ཡི་མན་ངག་བཤད་པར་བྱ། །འདིར་བཟླས་པ་དང་བསྒོམ་པའི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་སྙིང་རྗེའི་རོས་བྱུགས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱན་ཅན། བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ལེགས་པར་གཟུང་བ། བླ་མ་དང་བདག་མེད་མ་གཉིས་མི་ཕྱེད་པར་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བས། དབེན་ཞིང་འཚེ་བ་མེད་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཁང་པར་ཞུགས་ལ། ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདིས་ནི་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ངག་བར་ཆད་སེལ་བའི་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པ་སྟེ། གནས་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྲུང་བར་བྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་སྟན་ལ་འདུག་ཅིང་ཅི་འབྱོར་པའི་བདུད་རྩི་ ལྔ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བྱུགས་ལ། དེར་མེ་ཏོག་དགྲམ་པར་བྱ་ཞིང་རས་རིས་ལ་སོགས་པར་གནས་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་ལྔས་མཆོད་ཅིང་སྟོབས་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བྱས་པའི་སྤོས་ཀྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་བདུགས་ཤིང་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་སྔགས་བཟླས་ཏེ་བདག་ཉིད་བདག་མེད་མར་མོས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཤིང་རྟའི་ཡན་ལག་འཁོར་ལོའི་འདབ་མའི་གདན་ཅན་འདབ་མ་བཞི་པའི་ཟེའུ་འབྲུར་སོང་བ། སྲོག་སོང་བའི་སྙིང་གར་བསིལ་བའི་འོད་ཟེར་ཅན་གྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་སུ་གནྡྷེ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ། པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་འོད་ཟེར་བླངས་ལ་འབར་བའི་མེ་ལྟ་བུར་འོད་འབར་བའི་མགོ་སྐྱེས་ཅན་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་ཐོད་པའི་ཕྲེང་བ་བྱས་པའི་ཐོད་ཅན་ཅུང་ཟད་ཁྲོ་ཞིང་དམར་བ་གཡོ་ཞིང་ཟླུམ་པའི་སྤྱན་གསུམ་པ། མི་མགོ་ཁྲག་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཕྲེང་བ་བརྒྱའི་ཕྱེད་ཀྱིས་ལུས་ལ་རྒྱན་བྱས་པ། ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ལྔས་ལུས་ལ་བརྒྱན་པ། ཁྲག་གིས་གང་བའི་ཐོད་པ་དང་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གཡོན་གྱིས་འཛིན་ཅིང༌། གཡས་ཀྱིས་གྲི་གུག་འཛིན་པའི་ཕྱག་ནི་པ་ལ་ཤའི་ལོ་མ་རྒྱས་ཤིང་འོ་མ་འཛི

《无我母之口诀》，定解金刚造。 《无我母之口诀》 定解金刚造。 第一，观修多种明点合一之仪轨 印度语：नैरात्मकोपदॆशनाम (nairātma-kopadeśa-nāma，无我·教导·名称)。藏语：名为《无我母之口诀》。顶礼吉祥金刚萨埵！左侧名为“恰玛”之脉，如水流淌，空性智慧大；右侧名为“若玛”之脉，如血流淌，乃大悲之本体。中央所住之“衮达玛”，融化流淌，不可分割，具形无二。彼乃三脉之形，祈请薄伽梵母护佑！无我母遍及虚空之边际。顶礼具德无我母之后，我将于真实安乐之处，宣说无我母之口诀。此处以念诵和观修为主，以慈悲之露滋润，具足心之庄严。善持菩提心宝，恭敬上师与无我母，二者无别。于寂静无害之禅房中入座，念诵：嗡 惹恰 惹恰 吽 吽 吽 啪 梭哈(藏文：ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 保护 保护 吽 吽 吽 啪 梭哈)。此乃忿怒语，遣除障碍之咒语，用以守护处所等。之后，坐于殊胜之座，以力所能及之五甘露等涂抹。于其上散布鲜花，于唐卡等处安住之薄伽梵母，以五供供养，以大力所制之香遍熏，念诵清净之咒，自观为无我母。其后，观想化身，于车之轮辐，莲花瓣之座上，前往四瓣莲花之花蕊。于已逝之心脏中，于具清凉光芒之坛城上，由苏甘地（藏文音译）所生，取红莲宝之光芒，如燃烧之火焰般光芒炽盛，具发髻，以无垢之颅骨鬘为饰，稍显忿怒且红润，摇动而圆润之三目。以人头血淋淋之百半串为身之庄严，以悦意之五印为身之庄严。左手持满血之颅碗与胜幢，右手持钺刀，手如巴拉夏树之叶般茂盛，持乳汁。

"The Instructions of Selfless Mother," Composed by Tingngezin Dorje. "The Instructions of Selfless Mother" Tingngezin Dorje composed it. First, the ritual of meditating on various bindus as one. In Sanskrit: Nairātma-kopadeśa-nāma. In Tibetan: Called "The Instructions of Selfless Mother." Homage to glorious Vajrasattva! The left channel named "Kyangma," flowing like water, is the great wisdom of emptiness. The right channel named "Roma," flowing like blood, is the essence of compassion itself. The central "Kundarma," dwelling in the middle, melts and flows, indivisible, a dual-less form. May you, the Blessed Mother, protect us with the form of the three channels! Selfless Mother pervades the limit of the sky. Having paid homage to the glorious Selfless Mother, I will, in a place of true bliss, explain the instructions of Selfless Mother. Here, focusing on recitation and meditation, adorned with the ornament of a mind anointed with the essence of compassion, well holding the precious mind of enlightenment, and honoring the guru and Selfless Mother as inseparable, enter a solitary and harmless meditation chamber and recite: Oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 保护 保护 吽 吽 吽 啪 梭哈). This is the mantra of wrathful speech, eliminating obstacles, used to protect places and so forth. Then, sit on a distinguished seat and smear it with whatever five elixirs are available. Scatter flowers there, and offer the five offerings to the Blessed Mother residing in thangkas and so forth, fumigate thoroughly with incense made from great power, recite pure mantras, and generate faith in oneself as Selfless Mother. After that, visualize the emanation, on a lotus seat with spokes like the limbs of a chariot wheel, going to the pistil of a four-petaled lotus. In the heart of the deceased, on a mandala with cool rays, born from Sugandhi, taking the rays of padmarāga, blazing like a burning fire, with a radiant topknot, adorned with a garland of immaculate skulls, slightly wrathful and red, with three moving and round eyes. Adorn the body with a half-string of a hundred bloody human heads, adorn the body with the pleasing five seals. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood and a victory banner, and the right hand holds a curved knife, the hand is like the leaves of a palasha tree, holding milk.
