ཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །འགྲོ་བའི་དགེ་ལ་རྗེས་ཡི་རང༌། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བཟུང༌། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་ཚོགས་མཆོག་ལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི། །རང་གཞན་དོན་ནི་རབ་བསྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་གི་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གིས་མགྲོན་དུ་གཉེར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་ཡིད་འོང་སྤྱད་པར་བགྱི། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བཟླས་ལ། སླར་ཡང༌། སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་བཅས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །དཔའ་བོ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་རྣམས་ཀུན། །བདག་ལ་དགོངས་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །བདག་མིང་འདི་ཞེས་བགྱི་བ་ནི། །དུས་འདི་ནས་ནི་བཟུང་ནས་སུ། །ཇི་སྲིད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོའི་བར། །ཇི་ལྟར་དུས་གསུམ་མགོན་པོ་རྣམས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ནི་ངེས་མཛད་པའི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བགྱི། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ནི་བསླབ་པ་དང༌། །དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྡུད་པ་དང༌། །སེམས་ཅན་དོན་བྱེད་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་གསུམ། །བདག་གིས་སོ་སོར་བརྟན་པོར་གཟུང༌། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ཏེ། །བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྡོམ་པ་ནི། །དང་ ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡང༌། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །སློབ་དཔོན་དག་ཀྱང་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །རིན་ཆེན་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ཡི། །དམ་ཚིག་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ལ། །ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་དུ་དུས་དྲུག་ཏུ། །སྦྱིན་པ་རྣམ་བཞི་རྟག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བ། །པདྨའི་རིགས་མཆོག་དག་པ་ལ། །ཕྱི་དང་གསང་བ་ཐེག་པ་གསུམ། །དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནི་མ་ལུས་གཟུང༌། །ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་མཆོག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །སྡོམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྡན་པར་ནི། །ཡང་དག་ཉིད་དུ་གཟུང་བར་བགྱི། །མཆོད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་ཅི་ནུས་བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བླ་ན་མེད། །དམ་པ་བདག་གིས་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་དོན་གྱི་ཕྱིར། །བདག་གིས་སྡོམ་པ་མ་ལུས་བཟུང༌། །མ་བསྒྲལ་བ་ནི་བསྒྲལ་བར་བགྱི། །མ་གྲོལ་བ་རྣམས་དགྲོལ་བར་བགྱི། །དབུགས་མ་ཕྱིན་པ་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཞིང༌། །སེམས་ཅན་མྱ་ངན་འདས་ལ་དགོད། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་བཟླས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་མས་གོས་དམར་པོས། །གདོང་གཡོགས་མེ་ཏོག་ཕྲེང་གཟུང་ལ། །བདུད་རྩི་འཁྱིལ་བའི་བུམ་པའི་ཆུས། །བསྲུང་ཞིང་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་སྦྱངས

皈依三宝！ 所有罪业皆忏悔。 随喜众生之善根。 于佛菩提心向往。 于佛法僧众至尊， 直至菩提恒皈依。 为利自他勤精进， 发起殊胜菩提心。 发了殊胜菩提心之后，我将一切众生视为宾客。 我将修持令人满意的殊胜菩萨行。 为利益众生，愿我成就佛果！ 如是念诵三遍。复次， 诸佛菩萨及一切， 勇父空行母众眷， 祈请垂念于我等。 我名某某如是称， 自即日起乃至， 直至菩提心要间， 如昔三世诸怙主， 于菩提道决定行， 无上菩提心胜妙， 我今发起恳祈请。 严守所有诸律仪， 积聚一切诸善法， 饶益有情之律仪， 此等三门恒守护。 佛陀正法与僧伽， 是为无上三宝尊， 迎请如来瑜伽戒， 从今起始受持之。 于彼金刚大种姓， 金刚铃杵与手印， 如实无谬受持之， 亦当摄受诸上师。 珍宝种姓大尊前， 欢喜悦意诸律仪， 日日六时恒常施， 四种布施常行之。 菩提大心所生之， 清净莲花种姓前， 外内秘密三乘法， 所有正法悉受持。 于彼业之大种姓， 一切律仪皆具足， 如实无谬受持之， 尽力而为诸供养。 无上菩提心已生， 殊胜我今发此心， 为利一切有情故， 所有律仪皆受持。 未度者我当度之， 未脱者我当令脱， 未安乐者我安慰， 众生安置于涅槃。 如是念诵三遍。 其后，弟子以红色布蒙面，手持花环，以充满甘露之宝瓶水，加持守护，净化身语意。

I take refuge in the Three Jewels! I confess all sins separately. I rejoice in the merits of sentient beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind. In the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, I take refuge until enlightenment. To accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the Bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta, I will treat all sentient beings as guests. I will practice the supreme and pleasing Bodhisattva conduct. For the benefit of beings, may I attain Buddhahood! Recite this three times. Again, All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, All heroes and yoginis, Please consider me. My name is called this, From this time onwards, Until the essence of enlightenment, Just as the protectors of the three times, Have definitely attained enlightenment, The unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I will generate it. The training of discipline, The accumulation of virtuous Dharma, The three disciplines that benefit sentient beings, I will firmly hold them separately. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, The unsurpassed Three Jewels, The vows of Buddha Yoga, I will take them from the beginning. In the great supreme Vajra family, The Vajra, bell, and mudra, I will truly hold them. I will also take the teachers. In the great supreme precious family, With pleasing vows, Every day, six times, I will always give the four kinds of generosity. Born from the great enlightenment, In the pure supreme Lotus family, The outer and secret three vehicles, I will hold all the sacred Dharma. In the great supreme Karma family, Complete with all vows, I will truly hold them. I will do as much as I can in the work of offerings. The unsurpassed Bodhicitta, I have generated the sacred Bodhicitta, For the sake of all sentient beings, I will hold all the vows. I will liberate those who have not been liberated, I will free those who have not been freed, I will give breath to those who have not breathed, And place sentient beings in Nirvana. Recite this three times. Then, the disciple, with a red cloth covering his face, holding a flower garland, with the water of a vase filled with nectar, protects and purifies body, speech, and mind.
