One should practice by placing four on the bindu. If that is not understood, then one should practice from the two, Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ) and Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ). If that is not understood, then one should practice from Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ་,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ) and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). By doing so, one will attain the desired result. At the time of attainment, eight tastes will arise, and at the time of arising, the deity's demon is killed with a curved knife. Then one should completely dissolve, which is like a coiled snake. Having become like that, one nourishes the lion cub. Such a nature is said to be perfected from the four chakras, and that has been explained.

Nirvana is considered cessation, while wisdom is samsara. The second, non-abiding, is considered supreme by the Madhyamikas. Beyond that is sahaja. That is Hevajra. Therefore, sahaja-joy is considered ultimate. Those who desire body, speech, and mind, consider annihilation as clinging to what is gone. Thus it is said: How it arises is semen. Sahaja has two aspects. The first is female wisdom, and skillful means is spoken of as male. Then, these two have two aspects: ultimate truth and conventional truth, which should be distinguished. First, the male has two aspects: semen or bliss. How the male is, so is wisdom: semen or its bliss. Therefore, joy is divided into four. Because sahaja has four aspects, it is a facet of the completion stage. Supreme joy is the yogini, joy-apart, all joys, knowing all that bliss and skillful means. Slight bliss is joy, supreme joy is greater than that. Joy-apart is without attachment, sahaja-joy is ultimate. First, one desires to touch, second, one desires bliss, third, one grasps desire, therefore, the fourth should be meditated upon. Supreme joy is said to be existence, because of being apart from desire it is nirvana. Inferior is merely joy. Those who completely abandon are sahaja, without desire and without being apart from desire. In Madhyamaka, it is also not found, here there is no skillful means and wisdom, it is truly realized. Not born from another is sahaja, not found from anywhere, at the time of the guru, skillful means is indicated, through merit I know. Thus it is said. To that, to train in such joy, is to bring down bliss into the center of the jewel, each wheel is counted as four parts, like that each joy is counted as four parts, that is the sixteen transformations of yoga.

It should be known. Dharma is the true limit, and the ultimate is profound. What kind of name is that? It is the nature of the abiding of Dharmata and the nature of the clarity of wisdom. That is the nature of Dharmata as it is and Mind as it is. That which is non-different is Vajrasattva, the body of self-nature purity. Therein, the mandala of the mind is radiantly clear, which is the Suchness of Secret Mantra. Such an object, the ultimate truth, is the fourth symbolized by the object, which is called the ultimate. How is it symbolized? It is symbolized by the joy of wisdom, intelligence, and realization. Through cultivation, it is determined, and the ultimate to be attained, which has seven limbs that manifest directly, takes the initial Dharmata as its object. And the fundamental consciousness is purified as a place, like a mirror-like wisdom, the bright nature of wisdom, which is inseparable from it, is called the fourth of similar symbols. Such a fourth is also symbolized and known by the nature of joy, so it is a symbolizer. How does it symbolize? It is said in the tantra: Inferior, medium, superior, and other, what, and that, all these equality, by meditating on this, one should see. Inferior means subtle things, superior is said to be things, Madhyamaka has abandoned both. And so on. It is also said in the tantra that has been said: One should not meditate on emptiness, nor should one meditate on non-emptiness. Yogis should not abandon emptiness, nor should they abandon non-emptiness. If one clings to emptiness and non-emptiness, many discriminations will arise, and complete abandonment will lead to true realization, so both should be abandoned. Having completely abandoned attachment to both, one will surely abide in liberation. This is the true realization of self, therefore, things should also be abandoned. Thus, not understanding the three extremes, the Blessed One taught to cultivate Suchness. It is also said: Whoever has no meditator, nor is there a non-meditator, and there is no certainty in meditation, that is called meditating on Suchness. In this way, comprehending and fully realizing the Suchness of Sahaja, seeing that there is no difference in things, the self-nature of each is Dharma.
