Understanding arises from the bewilderment towards all objects, resulting in the occurrence of grasping and the grasped. The head, from the crown to the secret vajra area that is not the head, is where the central channel Avadhuti Central Channel) resides, with the breath entering and exiting through the hole of the central channel Avadhuti Central Channel). Therefore, one should constantly press the root of the channel. This means that at the junction of the three channels, at the root of the navel chakra, one should constantly inject air and block it as if sealing a door with the bodhicitta drop, so that consciousness and wisdom will arise. Moreover, the goddess Shri Devi said that building stupas for objects and sealing the doors for the body are methods for generating non-conceptuality. Generating non-conceptuality for objects is to remember the five syllables, and injecting air into the body is to make the causes of conceptualization incomplete, thereby generating non-conceptuality. In the innermost essence, it is also said: "Among all, gather the mind, the inner self is unwavering, the objects of abiding consciousness, the wisdom that sees is non-conceptual." Thus it is said. Therefore, it is said that desiring worldly enjoyment, one should abandon the letters of speech and be perfectly endowed with mental recitation. This means abandoning the letters of conceptualization and injecting the life force into the Avadhuti Central Channel), one should be endowed with non-conceptual recitation. The very nature of the Dharmadhatu is constant, and the unwavering state abides continuously. This means that the Dharmadhatu is the air of space, and after the life force enters the Avadhuti Central Channel), the non-conceptual consciousness will abide in the unwavering state of joy and bliss. Always subtle and unadorned, this means that self-awareness is non-conceptual, and the consciousness unpolluted by the eighty natures dissolves into wisdom. Therefore, when consciousness and clear light mind are simultaneous, one will see the stages of Shamatha and Vipassana. Among them, for both the path of attachment and the path of liberation, like a lamp illuminating everything. And so on, from the first Bhumi to the eighth Bhumi, eight signs are explained. The ninth and tenth Bhumis are the nature of union, so there is a difference between signs and the actual basis. The nature of the path of no more learning is the nature of the three bodies, so there is no need to explain signs. Having explained the path of attachment and the path of liberation in this way, the path of abiding particularly in oneself is explained, which is the Vajra Essence.

Saying "Call and listen" is to explain the distinction of chapters. How should one practice then? Through two ways: grasping the path in its entirety and then deconstructing it. Among these, grasping in its entirety means entering into emptiness all at once through dreams and illusions, etc. It is said, "All things are said to be the completely pure Suchness." This means that if the mind knows emptiness, then the Suchness of all dharmas will be known all at once like the wheel of a water bucket. Deconstructing it afterwards means, it is said, "Later, with individual distinctions, praise the deities." This means that after knowing that everything is empty, seal each one with great bliss. That is also like, "From clear water, fish leap quickly; likewise, from the nature of emptiness and clarity, a net of illusion will arise." As it is said, after knowing that everything is the self-appearance of clear light, even if one grasps the appearance as a mandala of deities, one should still meditate on it as being without substance. By purifying the obscurations of ignorance gradually and simultaneously, it is said, "Sentient beings, aggregates, elements, and sources are pure by nature, pure by self-awareness." This refers to the fact that through the gradual and simultaneous realization of clear light, because of appearing as the nature of aggregates, elements, and sources, and the essence of awareness, it is pure by being free from grasping and being grasped. If it is not like that, then "otherwise, it will not be purified and liberated," it is said. It is said, "Because all realms are completely pure, self-awareness is supreme bliss," which means that all self-awareness, the appearance of clear light, seals all realms. It is said, "Whatever appears to the yogi, whether it is form or other realms," which means that the realm appears as the outer world, and sentient beings appear as sentient beings. All outer world and sentient beings are established as the nature of great bliss. If that is the case, what is the use of practicing? It is said, "Because everything is completely pure, complete purity is the nature of the Buddha," which means that if one knows the spontaneously accomplished nature, then completely knowing samsara itself is nirvana. It is also said, "The yogi who abides in the mind does not show nirvana." Thus it is said. Having shown the means and the result, now it is asking for the number of complete purities.
