The second explanation of the fifth chapter: From meditating on the wheel in the heart to explaining the activities of the assembly wheel. The second explanation of the fifth chapter: From meditating on the wheel in the heart to explaining the activities of the assembly wheel. Having explained the places in this way, now I shall explain the samadhi of the assembly wheel. "The characteristic of the secret lotus" refers to the nature of the wheel in the order of the tantra. "The mixing of mind and wisdom" refers to the order of the wisdom of the four victors following the mind's continuum and the order of mantras. "The transformation of wisdom into mixing" is the sealing of it with emptiness through the secret order. Since that is the order of manifest enlightenment, one should listen to the lord of the realization of wisdom. After that request, the teaching given was: "The Vajra Holder of the order of enlightenment, the four seats are truly relied upon." It was said that my seat is the order of the continuum, the seat of others is the nature of tummo heat, the seat of union is the order of the four joys, the secret seat is the order of emptiness, and the order of enlightenment is called Vajra Holder. Where should one meditate on it? "In a pleasing place, sitting on a comfortable seat." Thus it was said. What is its thought like? "Abandoning desires and so on." It is established by one verse like that. Now I will show the method of meditation: "From the crown of the head to the end of the feet." The crown of the head is the mandala of space. The feet are the mandala of wind. "The secret lotus of the channels" means the heart is the earth and the navel is the mandala of fire. "Parts and colors are various" means the parts are the thirty-two of the crown chakra, the sixteen of the throat, the eight of the heart, and the sixty-four of the navel. The colors are the placing of letters on the four chakras. "Likewise, these are the seats" means that the placing of letters is done in such a way that the four joys are made the seats of the four chakras. How should it be done like that? The body is joy in the crown of the head, speech is supreme joy in the throat, mind is special joy in the heart, and vajra is the nature of coemergent joy in the navel. "Playing in the realm of dharma" means the navel is the fire of

In the center of the triangular wheel is the play of bodhicitta. What does the one with four wheels do? Gathering with the combination of pills, it transforms into the nature of Vajrasattva. Thus it is said. The yogi with four wheels, having attained the samadhi of bliss, should perform the practice of the assembly wheel. That is its meaning. Having explained the order of the tantras in this way, the explanation of the order of mantra and wisdom is: "By the elements of water and fire, becoming one is the supreme state." Thus it is said. The element of fire, tummo, is burned by the order of heat, and because the stream of bodhicitta and the four wheels become of one taste, it is called the supreme state of bliss. Thus, from the combination of tummo heat, wisdom, and bodhicitta skillful means, having obtained extreme suppleness of body and mind, the six faculties, five aggregates, and five elements are all truly seen as the nature of the Buddha, and thus the suchness of all the deities arising from the scriptures is truly known. Having thus truly explained the order of mantra and wisdom, now the order of secrecy will be explained: "Following the words of the master, contemplate the meaning of that great secret itself." This means that the master, having shown the path of direct experience, contemplates the emptiness of the mind, which is contemplating the meaning of that great secret itself. "One from one lineage, that nature," this is by the lineage of the experienced lama. "The characteristics of emptiness and so on," this means that by the characteristics of emptiness and so on, without signs and without aspirations, all the assemblies of stability and movement are to be represented by the time of power, therefore, having represented everything as before, it is said. This is to say that all vessels and contents are measurable, and the awareness born at the time of power is direct experience, and all phenomena are measurable by the aspect of the three doors of liberation. Therefore, "By the body cleansed of impurities, one gradually goes to manifest enlightenment." Thus it is said, by contemplating emptiness in the order of wisdom, like generating deities with the five manifest enlightenments, the enlightenment of emptiness and, gathering letters and the complete body
