From the state of Samadhi, a gathering of four goddesses is manifested. The fourth section of the second chapter, which explains the contemplation of the many goddesses of the Tara Tantra. Having explained the methods of accomplishing many heroes, now I will explain the methods of accomplishing many heroines. Listen, how the Vajra is according to the Dharma. This is the way of protecting the deity. The differences between the wheel and what is to be accomplished. This refers to the different characteristics of the illusion wheel. Peace and increase, etc. Half a verse shows the fruit. The wheel of nine grids, etc. This means that from east to west there are two lines, and two lines from south to north cross each other, and finally a double circle is drawn around the outside, and a lotus vajra is drawn inside, and then the illusion wheel of letters is written. In the center, write the name of the practitioner and add Om, write Ta in the east, Re in the south, Tuta in the west, Ta in the north, Re in the northeast, Tu in the southeast, Re in the southwest, and Svaha in the northwest. Write the peaceful practice with saffron, the increasing practice with realgar, the subjugating practice with blood, and the wrathful practice with poison. Write the peaceful practice on grass, the increasing practice on cloth, and the subjugating practice on a woman's skirt. This seed syllable is the root of all activities, referring to the twelve activities. So-and-so protect, etc. This means that when protecting, add so-and-so Raksha. So how do you add it? Add it to the beginning and end of prostration and burning. This means that Om is prostration, and burning is Svaha. Adding it to the beginning and end means adding Om at the beginning and Svaha at the end. Completely combine in the middle. This refers to combining with Om so-and-so Tare Tutare so-and-so Raksha Svaha. How to contemplate the illusion wheel? In the wisdom of emptiness and equality. This means contemplating emptiness with Om Svabhava, etc.
