Thus it is. The word 'tip of the hair' indicates that the limbs are all close to being subtle. It is said thus: By meditating in the perfect mandala, if the mind can abide, then without arising from seeds etc., the Bhagavati Mother, the bindu of space, the selfless mother, also named the nature of dust, burns by its own nature. The subtle rays of light fill the channels like all the limbs. The Bhagavan moon also drips extremely because of this. The tummo nourished by this will surely burn extremely. The moon also drips extremely because of this. The channels completely purified by the light of tummo are also filled with the moonlight of great bliss. Therefore, pervading all the limbs, the inner image of the sun and moon, wisdom and all gathered together, the taste is equal between samsara, experiencing great bliss, which subdues and arises all false attachments of aggregates, elements, etc. Those who do not believe in this way, then by the twenty-one kinds of recitation that are widely proclaimed, they obtain the power of free life force, contracting the downward-clearing wind. In the navel chakra, meditate on the great mudra. By reversing the winds, make the tummo burn. From this, only in this way, great bliss can be manifested. If one cannot do this, then only in this way, believe that the wind stops in the navel chakra and abide. When exhaling, visualize a straight line, with the nature of tummo, visualize the Bhagavati Mother burning, thereby attaining the state of great bliss. When inhaling, with the form of the moon dripping bindu of the letter "ཧཾ"(Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: haṃ). Meditating on this, the nature of great bliss comes to the navel chakra, thereby becoming without object. Thus, abiding as much as possible between stopping the breath, only in this way, the exhalation and inhalation of breath should be repeatedly abided. If one cannot observe the exhalation and inhalation of breath, then one should only practice with greater faith. The practitioner of the generation stage, then only with the former as the priority, should meditate on all of this as much as possible. Thus, the practice that delights in expansion is widely proclaimed.

It is for the sake of what is said. The so-called "deva" and so on, refers to the practice of the generation stage during the time of the deity yoga. The so-called "in the gaps of the pores," the seventh refers to the meaning of the fifth. The pores of the hairs refer to the holes and the tips, and the gaps refer to the parts separated from the hairs, that is, from those places. The so-called "threaten" refers to the fact that the samsaric ones must first be told, which is a threat. After that, by truly touching, making it the nature of the perfect Buddha, this is the oral instruction. The so-called "devas and asuras" refers to the approximate symbol of samsaric beings. The so-called "Dharma wheel," that is, the nature of the five aggregates, the five Tathagatas burn, that is, scorch. The so-called "enjoyment wheel" is the nature of earth and so on, and the goddesses such as the eye mother are also. The so-called "Bodhisattvas" refers to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas who have wisdom beyond the world, and those who have become perfect Buddhas merely through contact are also approximate symbols. The so-called "only what was said earlier" refers to only reaching the brow. The so-called "as before" refers to the nature of great bliss, as stated in "how is that wisdom," and so on. Here is the meaning of gathering here, through the combination of the generation stage and deity yoga, according to ability, from any of the four directions mentioned earlier, focusing on any direction. Cause the nature of all the wheels of the yogini, the nature of the great seal, the nature of the Bhagavan Mother, the selflessness, and the fierce woman to burn. That burning is also through the countless emanations of subtle light, pervading the pores, tips, and gaps, and arising from those places. Through the path of Avadhuti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), it also goes upward, perfecting Dharma and enjoyment, and scorching the great bliss wheel and the five aggregates, etc. It arises from the right nostril and the hole in the brow. The three forms appear, spreading in all directions like lightning. Touching all the samsaric beings, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, and causing them to arise as the image of the perfect Buddha. The left nostril of those and the Buddhas who have achieved themselves
