Va and Shashe are called speech, and because dust and sun descend, they are called the speech vein, the dust vein, the sun vein, and the wisdom vein, mostly. Avadhuti, mostly because semen and blood and mind and darkness and Rahu descend, they are called the mind vein, the dark vein, the Rahu vein, and the non-male vein. It is not that there are not two mind doors spoken of separately, because the Vajra recitation three veins, etc., are also shown in many ways. The winds of Lalana, Rasana, and Avadhuti should also be established as the moon, sun, and Rahu, respectively, according to the order. Among them, when the winds of Lalana, Rasana, and Avadhuti flow from the nostrils, in the sixty-four pulse petals of the emanation wheel, each has one finger-span, with three hundred and thirty-seven and a half breaths to establish the finger-span. As it is said in the second examination: Sixty-four finger-spans, etc. In the thirty-two pulses of the great bliss wheel, each is an hour of two finger-spans. In the sixteen pulse petals of the enjoyment complete wheel, each is half a period of two hours. As it is said in the second examination: Sixteen transfers, etc. The eight pulses of the navel wheel, similarly, the eight pulses of the dharma wheel, each is two hours of half a period. The four pulses of the crown wheel, similarly, the four pulses of the navel wheel, each is two hours. The first wheel of the emanation wheel has four pulses. The second has eight pulses, as it is said in the fourth distinction. The third has sixteen pulses, as it is said in the Manifestation of the Sublime Lineage: In the center of the navel, a large lotus, sixteen lines are marked. The fourth has sixty-four pulses. Eight periods and twelve divisions are day and night. Among them, the wind that arises from Lalana or Rasana, in one nostril, with more than three hundred and sixty breaths to establish the finger-span, that is, five fingers

The pure self-nature of time flows continuously. After that, the same is true for both nostrils, that is, the twelve time divisions become sixty time units. As it is said in the Four Seats Tantra: "Three hundred and sixty are the breaths of time, like the hours. By the number of sixty hours, hold the day and night." Here, the hour and nāḍī are the same as the time unit. The breaths of the hour should be held. In the teachings of secret prophecies, only half of the time division is established as half of the moment. Therefore, from half a moment, the four mandalas of earth, water, fire, and wind each flow with the nature of two hundred and twenty-five breaths. After reciting, again in the other half of the moment, the four gather in one nostril, and then in the other nostril, that is, half of the moment twenty-four times, the four mandalas completely surround, completely run, and become twenty-four times, which refers to day and night. Internally, with the difference of the limbs such as ignorance, the time division and transfer are only twelve, just like the sun's year externally. In the Wheel of Time, the entering and emerging wind breaths should be counted as one, six breaths are one water rise, sixty water rises are one time unit, two time units are one moment, a time unit less than a quarter is half a moment, five time units are one time division, half a time division is a moment, two moments are a time period, four time periods and twelve time divisions are day and night, because each time division transfers to another nostril, so the time division and transfer are twelve. In the interval of each transfer, from Avadhūti, fifty-six breaths with feet flow out simultaneously from both nostrils, and there are six hundred and seventy-five in day and night. Some say that the remaining ones are Lalanā and Rasanā, while others establish them as more than nine hundred with feet, a number of twenty thousand.

Dividing the time into halves, in order for each half of the time to run correctly in the channels of the enjoyment wheel, as well as in other orifices, there are sixteen transfers, namely in the nostrils. Dividing into twelve transfers means that one hundred and eighteen breaths run in one orifice, just as the five mandalas of earth, water, fire, wind, and space each run, just as they run in the lower, left, right, upper, and middle in order, as well as the number of channels in the throat and crown being reversed, and the sixty channels, each with more than sixty, possessing three hundred breaths, if it is day and night, just as setting up four empty channels on the fourth circle of the navel lotus, this is to guide the beings to be tamed, such as the solar zodiac, and is not the definitive meaning. When setting up the time combination and twelve transfers in the twelve channels, abandoning the four channels on the third circle of the navel lotus, just as outside, so inside, it also exists well. It is said that this is not what everyone wants. What everyone wants is that in the three channels, day and night will turn into twenty-one thousand breaths, more than six hundred. In this way, also because of relying on the completion stage, the mantra of emptiness, compassion, and non-duality, and non-duality itself, so the recitation of the mantra is also perfectly accomplished, and the ultimate state of co-emergence is manifested. It is said: Twenty thousand and one thousand, and likewise six hundred, the lord of yoga, day and night, counts by recitation. Thus, when the mind of awareness recitation is stable, the nature of the mind, such as desire, will surely enter, and some completely abandon Lalana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and Rasana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and the wind that enters Avadhuti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) does not go out, and there is no way of day and night, just like Rahu seizing the moon and sun, gradually stopping also produces merit. What is said is: When the channels of the moon and sun stop, the channels of speech and excretion also stop, when the channel of Rahu stops, below.
