Oh! Those with similar lineages are only similar in form. For example, cattle come from cattle, and those with hands come from those with hands. Thus, those with different forms from cattle and so on are only from themselves, not from each other of different lineages, because the forms are the same. So clearly, even in the conventional world, it is the same lineage, let alone in the conventional truth of yogis? Because everything has all kinds of lineages of extremely samsara since beginningless. What need is there to say again in the ultimate truth? Thus, everything is Suchness in the ultimate truth, and it is also completely pure by nature. It is only by particularly believing in it that it abides in the five lineages. Therefore, in the way of multiple lineages, it is impossible to distinguish by inferring one lineage. Sleep is a great obstacle to yoga, and dependence on body and life is also the root of all yoga obstacles. There is no doubt that abandoning the nature of sleep is like having no Soma and sun. Thus, the practice of being extremely free from elaboration is that sentient beings with superior faculties, by being in harmony with the wisdom mudra, or by the yoga of the great mudra, remember the suffering succession existing in endless samsara, and because they want the bliss beyond the world, they abandon all attachments, even including the power of kingship and worldly meditation and the kingship of mind. Because they deeply contemplate the ultimate truth, therefore, for the sake of that son of lineage, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, because they want to obtain this samadhi and quickly realize the unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, they should practice without regard for body and life. Similarly, worldly small siddhis and worldly eight great siddhis should not be pursued, because they will be distracted and regress. As it is said in the Samadhiraja Sutra, therefore, one should get used to having no attachment to body and life, etc. Thus, it is also said in the Glorious Guhyasamaja Tantra: Vajrasattva, the Great King, should be repeatedly urged. What is meant by urging is to pay attention.

Also in "Secret Accomplishment" it says: Abandoning the posture of stretching out the legs, having unraveled the bonds of samsara, with a constantly diligent mind, practice Vajrasattva. Strive to completely abandon regret, drowsiness, sleep, and so on. Otherwise, even if you practice for hundreds of thousands of millions of kalpas, you will not achieve accomplishment. Thus it is said. Therefore, by practicing this, all the desired accomplishments will be achieved effortlessly. As it is said in "Secret Accomplishment": Abiding in the state of no-self-nature, endowed with excellent means, whatever is driven by conceptual thought will be accomplished without effort. From the power of meditative yoga, whatever the nature of the accomplishment may be, all of that, in an instant, will cause oneself to abide closely. Thus it is said. The Bhagavan also said: When the heroes do not discriminate, having destroyed the abodes of worldly beings, and perform all actions, then they are seen by the Buddhas. Endowed with conduct like a child, having cut off doubt from the root, when yoga is spontaneously accomplished, then all perfections will arise. For those who possess all sins, for those whose obscuration of ignorance is great, by practicing the conduct of a madman, meaning is accomplished in six months. Having thus acted and entered with certainty, meditate with the object specifically entrusted. Until the mind becomes weary, abide equally with a virtuous mind. If weary, what should be done afterwards? Use desired conduct as the cause. Meditate on the vast Bodhicitta, gazing without blinking the eyes even slightly. Thus endowed with samadhi, with the non-discriminating mantra, completely abandoning the signs of time, one will achieve the unsurpassed state. Thus it is said. The Noble One also said: Not knowing this samadhi, and only focusing on the conventional, various diseases will arise, and those diseases will be overcome with illusory medicine. The yogi who abides in illusion, the gods will always protect him here. With illusion-like samadhi, in this way, he will become all-knowing. Vajra weapon, great diligence, youthful, without disease, is a supreme sangha. Having obtained all the magical powers of the Buddhas, one will go to be born as one wishes. Merely seeing is enough to incite.
