To the north is Vajra Bell Mother, green, the right face is black, the left face is white. In the right hands are the bell, vajra, and sword, etc., and in the left hands are the wheel, hook, and noose. These sixteen goddesses all have three red and round eyes, gazing at the main deity. Adorned with five skulls and wheels, etc., on their heads, and with anklets, etc., wearing tiger skin skirts, possessing charming dance postures, dancing with nine dance moods, standing on the sun in a skull cup filled with blood. Except for the four goddesses such as the Flute Mother, the hair of the others blazes upward in a reddish-yellow color. Below the skull cups of the eight goddesses such as the Flute Mother are various lotuses. Among them, the gatekeeper goddesses are all seated in a half-lotus posture with the right leg extended, while the others are in a half-lotus posture. In short, one should meditate in the center of བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , IAST: , Literal meaning: ). This is what is said (in the text). Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hrih(藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), Svaha(藏文,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈). This is the mantra for reciting the three Herukas, such as the two-armed one. Each individual mantra will be explained later, and it also applies to the sixteen goddesses. A single letter is the seed syllable for the generation stage, which is Hum(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) for the Bhagavan combined with wisdom, and Hrih(藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) for the lotus petal goddesses, and for the eight goddesses such as the Flute Mother, in order, they are: Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Aum(藏文,梵文天城体:औं,梵文罗马拟音:auṃ,汉语字面意思:奥), E(藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶), Aim(藏文,梵文天城体:ऐं,梵文罗马拟音:aiṃ,汉语字面意思:艾), Jah(藏文,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:扎), Hum(藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Bam(藏文,梵文天城体:बं,梵文罗马拟音:baṃ,汉语字面意思:榜), Hoh(藏文,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,汉语字面意思:霍). "Perfectly endowed with four seeds," etc., this briefly explains the mantra to be recited. Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ham(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭), Svaha(藏文,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈), etc., this explains it in detail. The first sound is the syllable Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) of the four mantras. Which one is the first? It is the syllable Ah(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and the mantra distinguished by it is Om(藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Vajra(藏文,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:金刚), Am(藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:昂), Kusha(藏文,梵文天城体:कुश,梵文罗马拟音:kuśa,汉语字面意思:钩), Jah(藏文,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:扎), Ham(藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭), Svaha(藏文,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈), etc., which will be explained in detail.

The mantra of blessing of Je and Padma was spoken, starting with "Then" and so on. What should be inserted is what should be meditated on and what should be recited. The vajra is born from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), and blessed by the syllable Hūṃ, the tip is blessed by the syllable Oṃ. The lotus is completely transformed from Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啥), and blessed by it, the tip is blessed by the syllable Āḥ. For external joy, one should also practice accordingly. For those women and men who are very attached, during the joyous celebration, the semen that is ejaculated uncontrollably should be caught only with the mouth and eaten. As it is said in the Vajra Amrita Tantra: The hand and fingers, should not be taken out from that place. If one is foolish and does so, taking it out will cause it to deteriorate. One should always take it with the mouth, and enjoy it with the tongue. Thus it is said. This is also a supreme offering, it is said. One should offer with flowers and fragrance, with semen and dust, etc. Also with external bells, etc., for the sake of honesty. བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) refers to not approaching the wisdom mother. Recitation refers to the Vajra recitation, etc., which will be explained. Only that, that is, only the union of Vajra and Padma. As it is said: In the བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), place the lingam well, and repeatedly praise and recite. The yogi always rejoices, from mandala to mandala. Thus it is said. The order of realization of these three mandalas, such as the two-armed one, is as follows: First, abiding on the tongue, in the heart, on the sun born from repa, contemplate oneself as the vajra born from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) and the Heruka born from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). After offering to the eight noble goddesses invited by the rays of light from the seed syllable in the heart, immediately after confessing sins, etc., until equanimity, meditate on emptiness by reciting "Om Shunyata Jñana Vajra Svabhava Atmako Ham (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:)". On the sun born from repa, contemplate the variegated vajra born from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), and its rays, etc., and in the center of the eight great charnel grounds, on the variegated lotus and the sun in the heart of the corpse, contemplate the garland of A, etc.
