Having the image of Tara and so on as the object of focus, offer the mandala. Offer the five desirable offerings such as flowers. If you don't have the means, do everything with your mind. Then also give the torma offering. From the letter ཏཱཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ता, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: taṃ) on the moon in your heart, emit five kinds of rays, purify your own nature. Coming back again, recite the mantra "ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨྀ་མྲ་ཏེ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕྚ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: 嗡 班匝 额 玛 德 吽 啪, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra īṃ amṛte hūṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning: Om Vajra I Amrita Hum Phet)" and strike the hand drum to drive away the obstacles. Again, from the previous seed syllable, rays of light emanate, inviting the Tara who resides in the sky, and also make offerings that are pleasing to the mind. If you confess sins and so on, you can gather them closely. Then recite "ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷཿ་སརྦ་དྷ་རྨཱཿ་སྦ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: 嗡 梭巴瓦 修达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 修多 昂, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'haṃ, Literal meaning: Om, nature pure, all dharmas, nature pure I am)". Similarly, recite the mantra "ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ཉ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྦ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱ་ཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: 嗡 虚 亚 达 嘉 纳 班匝 梭 巴 瓦 阿 达 玛 郭 昂, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātma ko'haṃ, Literal meaning: Om, emptiness, wisdom, vajra, nature, self, who am I)", and contemplate that oneself and others, the three realms, are empty, in order to cultivate the accumulation of enlightenment. Abide in mind-only. There, from པཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal meaning: ) arises a lotus, from ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: ) arises a moon. The syllable བྷཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: bhūṃ, Literal meaning: ) is placed on top. Contemplate it transforming into a palace with wheels. Adorn it with the four gates and so on. Adorn it with banners and so on. In its center is a great lotus. Very beautiful with various petals. Marked with a hare, on top. On the moon, contemplate the green པཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal meaning: ). With the iron hook of a chain of light. Invite all the Buddhas. From that transformation, one's own nature. Contemplate becoming the goddess Tara. After that, the lotus seat and so on are easy to understand. In order to place the six-limbed letters, it is said to contemplate. ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: 嗡 达咧, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ tāre, Literal meaning: Om Tare) and so on are easy to understand. Again, write the wheel previously mentioned with saffron or cow gallstone and so on, and contemplate it in the heart of the goddess. Furthermore, all the empowerments and offerings and so on should be done. Similarly, all the goddesses are one-faced and two-armed. Thus, on the eastern petal is Vajra Tara. In the south is Ratna Tara. In the west is Padma Tara. In the north is Buddha Tara. In the order of east and so on, they are black, yellow, red, and white respectively. Similarly, in the intermediate directions of east and so on, are Flower Tara and Incense.

The Tārā of light, the Tārā of butter lamps, and the Tārā of incense. Their colors are white, black, yellow, and red. All of them are one-faced and two-armed, holding an utpala in their left hands. All of them have offering gestures in their right hands, marked with their respective emblems. That is, the four directional goddesses, starting with the east, hold a vajra, a jewel, a lotus, and a wheel in their right hands. Similarly, the goddesses of the intermediate directions hold a rosary, an incense burner, a butter lamp stand, and a conch shell for incense in their right hands. Likewise, at the four gates, the gatekeepers are wrathful. The eight inner yoginīs are peaceful like the Blessed One. Similarly, the Blessed One holds offerings and an utpala. Likewise, at the eastern gate and so on, are the gatekeepers, namely Vajra Hook Woman, Vajra Lasso Woman, Vajra Lock Woman, and Vajra Bell Woman, who are one-faced and two-armed wrathful great mothers above the mandala of the self, and one should contemplate them holding a vajra hook, a vajra lasso, a vajra lock, and a vajra bell in their hands. Similarly, the eight yoginīs should be meditated upon on the moon. Similarly, the ten-syllable mantra of the Blessed Mother should be recited. Or, one should recite "Oṃ kuru kurulle hrīḥ svāhā," which is for all activities. For the mantra of the eight yoginīs, first is homage, in the middle is the name, and at the end is svāhā. Similarly, for the mantra of the gatekeepers, first is homage, the name is in the middle, and hūṃ phaṭ is at the end. The rest, such as "for all activities," is easy to understand. Or, one should contemplate the form of Tārā as it is being explained. Thus, yoga itself is unsurpassed. This is the internal method previously spoken of, from which time and change arise. Therefore, one should understand the movement of the channels of time. Now, in order to show the method of accomplishment of the Vidyādharī, the words beginning with "sun" and so on are spoken. Having done the purification of the face and so on as previously spoken, all should be done in the same way. However, in the center of the eight charnel grounds, one should make tormas and offerings of the five amṛtas and so on.
