Because that is solely the realm of the omniscient. The term "at one time" does not mean hearing this repeatedly, but rather thinking that at other times one hears other teachings, and at one time one hears this. Therefore, in order not to confuse the order of the words "Thus I have heard, at one time," in order to receive them well, in order to show that one is a direct disciple of the teacher, and in order to show the perfection of the one who gathers together the four qualities of much hearing. The statement of the perfection of time is precisely the saying "at one time." Thus, during the eighty years that the Bhagavan's emanation body resided in Jambudvipa, this Ratnagotravibhāga was not taught repeatedly, but only once at one time. Therefore, this time is superior to other times. Similarly, this is also a good explanation of the perfection of the nature of the teachings because it is difficult to obtain. As it is said: "The omniscient ones in the world are like the udumbara flower, appearing once in a hundred kalpas, and may not even appear in the future. The appearance of the practice of secret mantra is even rarer than that." To proclaim the perfection of the teacher, "Bhagavan" is mentioned, because he has conquered the four maras, he is called Bhagavan in the manner of a definitive word. Or, by the meaning of destroying afflictions, wisdom is indicated by the word "destroyed," and the one who possesses it is the Bhagavan. Or, because he is free from fear, he is the Bhagavan. As it is said in the Arya-Avaivartika-cakra Sutra: "Even if the dharmas like space are shown to sentient beings, he has no fear of this, therefore he is called Bhagavan." Or, because he possesses infinite qualities, he is the Bhagavan. As it is said in this very text, the six qualities are all the qualities such as power. This is how it is explained. Or, because he is free from existence and nirvana, he is the Bhagavan, because permanence and non-abiding are the nature of nirvana. These are combinations of different names, not combinations of doubt. Retinue perfection

The saying "all Tathagatas and body, speech, and mind, Vajra Mothers, etc." means: Thus, the transcendental retinue, such as Vairochana and all the Tathagatas, as well as the body, speech, and mind Vajra Bodhisattvas, gathered by the three types of Bodhisattvas such as Kshitigarbha, and the Vajra Mothers such as the Selfless Yogini, etc., heard everything together. Similarly, it is also with the worldly retinue. Thus, in the thirty-second chapter of this tantra, "Dakini Vajra Tent," from the words of rejoicing, the retinue of gods, etc., is also mentioned. Thus, why was it not mentioned at the beginning? Because it is already covered by this (transcendental retinue), there is no need to repeat it. It is certain that in the assembly, it can only be understood through the door of coverage. In order to clarify the perfection of the place, the word "bhaga" is mentioned. Because it is the nature of wisdom, it is a non-material pavilion, with four sides and four doors, adorned with the transcendental auspiciousness of dependent origination, born from the cause of immeasurable merit. This is bhaga, that is, here. Where is this place? For those who have merit, places such as Rajagriha and other lower places also appear as such. Some say that the path of desire is the realm of Paranirmitavasavartin. Therefore, the pavilion palace on the top of Mount Sumeru is bhaga, that is, here. Some say that this was spoken by the complete Sambhogakaya, who also dwells in the Akanishta heaven of the Form Realm, the foundation pervading all immeasurable places, and the end becoming the realm of the Tathagatas. Only the dense array of pure lands is bhaga, that is, here. The meaning of "abiding" is to abide in accordance with the realm of the beings to be tamed, possessing the four postures. Thus, from "Thus I have heard" to "abiding," the six perfections of this king of tantras have been well explained. This is explained from the perspective of showing the beginning of the tantra, that is, the perfection of the compiler, that is, all the Tathagatas are

Such as the illuminator. Their body, speech, and mind are indivisible vajra. They themselves are like this, transforming into consorts due to the influence of those to be tamed. The bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of them is the Dharma palace that is in accordance with the Dharma taught by the Guru's Guru, that is, in that place. To dwell, as before. Who dwells? The Bhagavan, as before. What kind of difference does it possess? Therefore, as I have heard, it is the four immeasurables. To hear is to become endowed with them. At one time is at one instant. Therefore, it is said that the Bhagavan, who is endowed with the four immeasurables and dwells in the bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of the consort, if manifested in an instant by the one who possesses, then the true possessor himself promises to be omniscient, and it will be shown. Now, the beginning of the tantra, the second way to please beings with desire, is spoken. Now, it is said: The teacher with thirty-two marks, the principal body with eighty minor marks. It is said. I am with a mind of desire. To hear is to teach. At one time is at one opportunity. The Bhagavan is like a lotus of illusory Bodhicitta. As for all the Tathagatas, the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, they themselves are vajra in the form of non-discriminating samadhi. Again, they themselves transform into consorts due to the power of taming with great desire. The bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of them is like the letter E, that is, the mansions and so on that dwell in that place. To dwell, that is,
