The antidote to conceptual thought is to train in the upward-moving wind (Tibetan: སྟེང་སྒོ་རླུང༌།). The antidote to afflictions is to train in bodhicitta. There are two types of wind: that which needs to be understood and that which needs to be meditated upon. Understanding involves knowing the outer purity and the inner purity. Outer purity refers to using markers and clocks in pure places like the king's palace and monastic dwellings to coordinate with the wind. Inner purity refers to coordinating the number of petals with the navel chakra (Tibetan: ལྟེ་བ།), the nirmāṇakāya chakra, and so on. Having understood that these are of a pure nature, one can then meditate on the wind. The moon itself, A (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal meaning: A), Kā (Tibetan: ཀཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: का, Sanskrit Romanization: kā, literal meaning: Ka), Li (Tibetan: ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लि, Sanskrit Romanization: li, literal meaning: Li), there are four sessions each during the day and night, totaling eight sessions. The alternating shifts occur from the midpoint of each session, totaling sixteen. Within each of these, there are thirty-two aspects of skillful means and wisdom. Furthermore, whichever arises, whether the moon or the sun, four situations arise in sequence, totaling sixty-four markers. Thus, once the wind becomes controllable, the method of calculating the numbers should be learned elsewhere. Training involves training in numbers between ten and one hundred, and combining the wind with co-emergent wisdom. There are two ways to train in bodhicitta: differentiating sounds and combining the method of explanation. Among these, differentiating sounds refers to: Where does it drip? It is the navel chakra, the second meaning. What drips? It is the rabbit-marked (moon), the first meaning. From where does it drip? It drips from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), the fifth meaning. With what does it drip? It drips with the blazing heat, the third meaning. For what does it drip? It is for the meaning of burning the Tathāgata and others, the fourth meaning. Combining the method of explanation also has two aspects: the generation stage and the completion stage. Among these, in the generation stage, in the navel chakra are various lotuses. The blazing heat is one's own consort. Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal meaning: A) Li (Tibetan: ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लि, Sanskrit Romanization: li, literal meaning: Li) is Vajrasattva with the moon. Blazing is the mutual attraction of the two. The Tathāgata is the five aggregates, present in Vajrasattva. The eyes and so on are the five elements, present in the consort. Burning is melting due to attraction. The rabbit-marked is a synonym for semen. Dripping is the disappearance of the four bindus. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ) is a song of urging. The completion stage has three aspects: relying on the wisdom of another's body, one's own body possessing skillful means, and non-duality, the great seal. Among these, relying on wisdom means that Caṇḍālī is the sun, and Ā (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, literal meaning: A) Li (Tibetan: ལི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लि, Sanskrit Romanization: li, literal meaning: Li) is the moon. The navel chakra is

The pistil of the great lotus and the one with the face of a crow. Burning arises from desire. The five Tathagatas are the essence realm gathered by sentient beings. The eyes and so on are the container realm gathered by the elements. Burning is to digest the ordinary without any object of focus. The rabbit one is melting. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is in the place of great bliss. Dripping is flowing in that place. The meditation of one's own body as a method, residing in the channels and chakras, also at the navel, ignite wind and fire on Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and as rays of light arise, burn the five Tathagatas. Forms, meanings, and names are also burned. At the throat, the eyes and so on also burn forms, meanings, and names, arising from between the eyebrows, inviting the Tathagatas as rays of light, dissolving into Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), becoming part and partless, and as thirty-two sources of bliss arise, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) melts and pervades the palate and so on, and the place of excrement arises. Then, going to the throat, the breath nourishes its own letters. Exhaling at the heart, do as before. The Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) at the navel is like an elephant in summer being bathed with a hundred vases of water, or like a consort adorned with ornaments being satisfied by the torment of desire, becoming happy and joyful. The non-dual Great Seal, Chandali is fierce in the nature of elaboration. Ali is the female aspect, the unsurpassed Wisdom Goddess. The navel is the mandala of earth, the wheel of manifestation, and the mandala of space, the wheel of great bliss, piercing and residing in the navel. Burning is the supreme power or the great burning of wisdom. Burning the five Tathagatas is the mind being completely perfected, and the nature of the five wisdoms also being burned without separation, becoming the Great Bliss Vajrasattva. The eyes and so on are the five elements of the complete body. Burning is the melting bindu becoming Vajrasattva without separation. The rabbit one is a synonym for Vajrasattva himself. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is coemergent bliss together with wind. Dripping is burning inside, being bliss-clarity-non-thought. The chapter titles are mostly examined from each direction, but here they are all combined, and the first introduction is also called Pariwarta, which means exchange or form.
