There is no beginning, middle, or end there. There is no arising, no passing away, and no nirvana. This is supreme great bliss. There is no self and no other. No beginning means that there is no first birth. Because that does not exist, there is also no final destruction. Because there is no birth and no destruction, there is also no middle abiding in the middle. That is each moment. That which is made clear is without arising and without ceasing. Because it has not arisen from the beginning, conventional truth does not exist. Because that does not exist, there is no nirvana, nirvana is destruction, and because there is no one who has not arisen from the beginning, it should be thought of in this way. Furthermore, the absence of arising and nirvana means that the truth of conventional truth and the truth of ultimate truth, that is, the two truths, do not exist. As the Noble One said: "If something is not born by its own nature, how can it be born by another? The son of a barren woman, can he be born?" This is supreme great bliss. Saying that this is supreme great bliss means that this is supreme great bliss, incomparable bliss, true wisdom, and experiencing bliss is also nowhere, because it is the nature of completely abandoning the imprints of afflictions. Therefore, there is no self and no other, and the discrimination of self and other is also not there, it should be thought of as the inseparable nature. How is this moment realized? It is said: "The two waves of enjoyment, one's own right and the other's hand, the thumb and the fingertip, the yogi presses them." Saying right and left means left is one's own right, and the other is one's own right and other, one's own right and left are also hands, so one's own right and the other's hand. The thumb and fingertip of that are those. Enjoyment is the wheel of enjoyment, the two waves should be pressed. Yogi means the wisdom of yoga, here there is the oral instruction of the lama. Also, self is mind, and right is the meaning of the moon of the left. Other is the sun. This is the activity of the moon and the sun and the seed being the same, because it is the wisdom of diligence. Hand means the wisdom of the Dharma that is extremely pure.
