Samahita is to abide in equality, and the object of focus is the meaning of being inseparable from body, speech, and mind. "In one's own house" refers to the senses, objects, and consciousnesses. "Self-nature" refers to the self-nature of the letters A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), which is the wisdom of no-self. Accomplishment is complete fulfillment. Mind refers to the all-knowing wisdom. Therefore, one should practice the Yogini, making oneself inseparable from Vajradhara. Wisdom is wisdom because Vajradhara possesses it. Or rather, it is the self-nature of both, because the two are inseparable. Heruka Glorious Form refers to the form of the formless, which is the form of the glorious Heruka. One should practice this, meaning to abide in absorption. Now, it is explained that the non-dual wisdom is spontaneously accomplished, and all are liberated by doing: Washing feet and eating, sipping and eating toothpicks, anointing hands with sandalwood, covering the waist with a skirt, coming, going, speaking, sitting, anger, and laughter, the Bhagavan Wisdom Yogini, rely on and practice with asceticism. Even for a moment with the conduct of others, a malicious mind is ignorance. Desiring accomplishment, for the sake of accomplishment, the wise do not dwell with effort. Meditation destroys afflictions, I have spoken of the Vajra essence. Even if diminished for the sake of accomplishment, one can fully realize it in half a month. Completely abandoning all thoughts, with the mind visualizing the form of a deity, without interruption for a day, contemplate and fully examine it through practice. For the sake of accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, there is no other means in samsara. Once the consort is accustomed, it will immediately become manifest. The meaning of this is very easy to understand. Alternatively, washing feet refers to the nature of luminosity. Sipping refers to the Bhagavan who is the very nature of the Dharmakaya, purified in two stages. Eating refers to the Sambhogakaya itself. Eating toothpicks refers to the Nirmanakaya itself. Anointing hands with sandalwood refers to the nature of the three kayas in the form of joy and happiness for all sentient beings.
