Its meaning should be understood. The so-called "four periods" refers to both day and night, thus there are eight periods in total. Each Yogini also has eight different distinctions. All of this is the mandala composed of the nine natures from the inseparability of Vajradhara and the Selfless Mother. Alternatively, the so-called "four periods" refers to the sixteen pure transformations of the sixteen emptinesses, which dissolve into each moment, thus the four periods are the four moments of joy and so on. Because the nature of everything is fully manifest, thereby gathering everything, it is called a period. From "Āli Kāli" and so on, up to "four periods," this shows that everything is the wisdom of the secret mantra path, which is spoken of in the Auspicious Vajra. Thus, Āli Kāli are the sixteen transformations, namely A, I, U, Ka, Ca, Ṭa, Ḍa, Ta, Pa, and Ya, Ra, La, Va, as well as Śa, Ṣa, Sa, etc., and the indestructible letter Ha. The sixteen thus established are all transformations. They themselves are the sixty-four nāḍīs, namely A, Ka, Ca, Ṭa, Ḍa, Ta, Pa, Ya, Śa, etc., the sixteen vowels such as the letter A, and the thirty-four consonants such as Ka, as well as Ḍa, Ḍha, Da, Ḍha, Ya, La, etc., which have slightly weaker pronunciations. Thus there are sixty-four in total. The so-called "thirty-two hours" refers to the sixteen vowels doubled, and the twenty-five letters such as Ka, and Ya, Ra, La, Va, as well as Śa, Ṣa, Sa, etc., and the indestructible transformations, the difference between the two constitutes the four periods. There are eight in one day and night, namely A, Ka, Ca, Ṭa, Ḍa, Ta, Pa, Ya, Śa, etc. The so-called "four" refers to Ya, Ra, La, Va, that is, everything is like that. Thus, everything is four. The so-called "four" refers to being sealed with the letters E-Vaṃ, everything itself is the nature of the four great elements, aggregates, realms, sources, etc. The so-called "four" refers to the ultimate of coemergent joy and so on. Now: Great wisdom abides in the body, completely abandoning all conceptual thoughts, pervading all things. The body abides, not born from the body. How can that great wisdom that was spoken of be attained? By the fierce burning fire in the navel, burning the five Tathāgatas, also burning the eye-mothers, etc., after burning is the rabbit-holder (moon) Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:我).

Say "Drip." The so-called "Tummo burning" refers to the wise person through the combination of stirring and stirring. Burning is becoming very bright. Where is it? In the navel chakra emanation wheel. What to do? Burn. What to burn? The five Tathagatas, that is, those who have turned into the Dharma wheel such as the form aggregate, make them liberated from "Lulala." The eyes and so on are also burned, and with the sound of the eyes and so on, wanting to grasp the realms of form and so on, that also makes them liberated from the root consciousness, the burned root consciousness and realms, the root consciousness is liberated from it, and the realms and root consciousness are also liberated from the root consciousness realms. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, IAST: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) drips, is the state of the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, IAST: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) melting. Then how to speak in terms of form? Called "Rabbit Holder," that is, the Bodhicitta moon and the selflessness mother are non-dual Vajradhara manifesting, this is the explanation as it sounds. Or, in terms of the sound of "Tummo," Tum is the sun, that is, wisdom. A is the moon, that is, means. The two are also respectively subsumed in the letters Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Devanagari: अं, IAST: aṃ, literal meaning: Om) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, IAST: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum), with the nature of forward and reverse, it is the nature of the two nadis of the body, the appearance of the mantra deity body that is non-dual to each other, that is the Tummo burning, from which the indivisible light arises. Where is it? In the navel, that is, the nature of the sixty-four petals of the emanation wheel, the essence of the sixty-four nadis previously mentioned. Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Devanagari: अं, IAST: aṃ, literal meaning: Om) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, IAST: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Devanagari: हं, IAST: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) Om (Tibetan: ཨཾ།, Devanagari: अं, IAST: aṃ, literal meaning: Om). Da, Tha, Da, Dha, Ya, La are the images of the six consonants, the letters of the six Bodhicittas, and the two nadis are also subsumed in A, Ga, Tsa, Dza, Ta, Da, Pa, Ya, Sha.
