The nature of momentary destruction should be understood from the third chapter of the Second Examination. The so-called "Four Noble Truths" are known from "Yogis should know the suffering of the realm of the Noble Truths," and so on. The explanation of this is that in "suffering" and so on, "suffering should be fully understood, the origin should be abandoned, cessation should be directly realized, and the path should be cultivated" is the meaning. Self-nature is only consciousness. The true nature of the deity is like Hevajra and so on. The true nature of mantra is like A and so on. The true nature of wisdom is the non-elaborate, unsurpassed wisdom. The nature of the four joys is explained in the eighth and tenth chapters. The Sangha is the Sangha of monks, which is explained in the fourth chapter of the Second Examination: Where does the wheel of emanation stand? Why does emanation become established? In the wheel of Sarvastivada, the true words of Dharma arise. In the wheel of enjoyment offered by many, why is the true lineage of speech? On the head of the Mahasangha, the great bliss wheel truly abides. And so on. Thus, everything is fourfold. The so-called "Thus, everything is fourfold" refers to what will be explained below. Since the order is reversed, attention should be paid to what follows the Mahasangha. Thus, all four should be especially visualized as four wheels, which is a summary. Since it is a formless body, merely luminosity, and can generate all mantras, the body's air should be especially visualized as Vajradhara's body and Hevajra. This is said in terms of the freedom of yoga, using "moon and sun" and so on to represent it. Moon and sun, Ali and Kali, refer to the fact that from the throat to the end of the navel, looking down at the bottom of the left channel, that channel is the moon and Ali, which is the channel through which bodhicitta flows. Above the navel, looking upwards to the end of the genitals, the channel on the right side is the sun and Kali, which is the channel through which blood flows. Among them, the left channel is the path of entry, and the right channel is the path of emergence. Both nostrils are doors.

The so-called sixteen refers to the flow of half the time from each of the two nostrils. There are sixteen changes in day and night. The so-called sixty-four refers to day and night. Two refers to one hour. There are thirty-two hours in a day and night. A quarter of a period is an hour. Four periods refer to one day or one night, that is, one day and night has eight periods. Among them, there is a verse saying: There are four periods at night, and so is daytime. A quarter of a period is an hour. Two refers to one hour. Breath goes in and out from the two nostrils. Six breaths are one respiration. Fifty respirations. Breathing is three and three-quarters. Flowing north and south. In the initial days and nights. Therefore, the increase and change of day and night. Until the other initial flow. Similarly, whether day or night. The time that decreases every day. Accompanied by four fierce breaths. In the increase and decrease of each change. One-third, one-quarter, one-sixth of the breath. Performed during the day and night. Therefore, here it symbolizes the flow of breath in the two channels, and the mandala changes accordingly. As stated in the 《Compendium of Union》: Fire, wind, power, and water. The mandala runs in it. Above, stacked, straight, and below. Power becomes the king. Water makes things truly manifest. Fire causes death to occur. Wind causes wealth to be exhausted. And so on. Although there is much to say, it is omitted for fear of too many words. The six ways of remembering exhalation and inhalation will be explained. In order to stabilize the mind, one must completely overcome the wind. As stated in the 《Abhidharma》: Counting, following, dwelling, characteristics, reversal, and purification, these are the six. Remembering when wanting to enter and exit. The so-called entering refers to inhalation, that is, the entering wind. The so-called exiting refers to the exiting wind. In this regard, the wisdom of focus is remembering entering and exiting, and the cause of remembering itself is called remembering. The so-called counting refers to withdrawing the mind from the body and mind. Focusing the mind solely on inhalation and exhalation, and counting, that is, one.
