Bhikkhus, Arhats, those who have exhausted defilements, those who have abandoned desire, those who have subdued the senses, and so on. As the Blessed One said in the Great Tantra of the Manifest Enlightenment of Vairocana: "As the Lord of the Conquerors abides in the ten directions, though his body has no bones or flesh, he perfectly places relics for the benefit of sentient beings, and performs deeds with emanated bodies." Thus it is said. It is also said: "The emanation body is the supreme of bodies, holding the lineage of the Buddha's emanation, scattering various emanations in the ten directions, thus accomplishing the benefit of beings as it is." Thus it is said. It is also said in the Auspicious First Buddha: "In order to liberate these unequal ones, the Lord of the Conquerors with his sons enters well into the place of action, makes the taking of birth well, and after generating Bodhicitta with supreme compassion, subdues afflictions and all demons, and turns the wheel of Dharma well in the place on earth, and after making illusory emanations, again the Blessed One is the one with the body of the Lord." Thus it is said. In the chapter on the qualities of holding the Auspicious Perfection of Wisdom, it is also taught: "The Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, are of the nature of the Dharma body. Bhikkhus, do not think of this as a body of aggregates. Bhikkhus, look at me as the complete Dharma body. This body of the Tathagata should be well observed with the ultimate of truth." Thus it is said. Therefore, the pure body of the Conquerors is born and does not decay, and also abides in the three realms. That Blessed One does not abandon the benefit of sentient beings at all times, and is not bound by karma. Thus, the Lord of the World, the master, abides in the place of the three realms, in the place of action, like the sun. He bestows the path on sentient beings, and takes away the fear of hell, and is not another god. Thus it is said. It is also said: "The supreme one, the supreme giver, is the chief, the excellent one of refuge, worthy of refuge. He is the enemy of the world, the most excellent one, the one who removes all fears." Thus it is said. Therefore, even one Bodhisattva necessarily arises from the ten perfections, therefore he obtains the ten powers of the ten lords, and in the realm of the three thousand great thousand worlds, with numerous emanated bodies, the Bodhisattva tames the mind that is to be tamed by the Bodhisattva.
