Sapa, that is, the teaching of co-emergence, is extremely explained, such as so-called self-awareness, etc. The bliss of self-awareness can be known from experience, which is the word of some people. Such transformation comes from the body, as it is said. The rest is easy to understand. "Dust-free" means the dust of afflictions, being distinct from it and not doing ordinary things, etc. Here, it is praised as "having realized here." "Emptiness" means the apprehended, etc. "Supreme" means from detachment from joy, etc. Thus it is said, "Edge" means to become the edge, hence it is called edge. It is also said, "The first detachment from joy" means in whatever the first detachment from joy is, it is like that. Later, the momentary melting is said to be indistinguishable. "Wisdom," etc., is easy to understand. That is the life of beings. Life is wind. The very nature of wind is connected to all beings. That is the self of beings. The self of beings is the combination of courage, dust, and darkness, and the state is nature, which is the word of those who speak of nature. Therefore, the aspect of the meaning of nature is beings, hence it is called the self of beings. That is the all-pervading one. The all-pervading one is what those who speak of self say, meaning that the self pervades all beings, and the nature of what is done is this. Likewise, it is also said to pervade and abide in all bodies, such as "all," etc. Or, all abide in all bodies. "Sentient being" means all beings are merely the nature of the eternal mind, which is the word of those who hold extreme views of reason. "The manner of consciousness" is the word of those who speak of consciousness in the Buddhist way. "Ancient man" is the word of the rationalists. "Lord" is the word of those who act as lords, which is a nine-letter word. "Self and," means that the previous teaching is explained here. "Nourishing" means all that is moving and unmoving has life, which is the word of the naked ascetics. "Sentient being" is Vikrama-pati, which means the treatise of the king, the logic of reason. "Time" means that all phenomena change from time. Beings are also gathered by time.

This is according to those who speak in due time. The term "the individual himself" refers to the Shravakas. To summarize their meaning, it is said, "all things," and so on. Now, the order of the numbers of joys is explained, beginning with "first." Having heard the nature of co-emergence, the Vajra Essence, and so on, they were amazed, and it is said, "Thus it is said," and so on. "Thus it is said" refers to co-emergence. "Having become supremely amazed" is the ninth letter. "Amazement" is a state of mind that has not been seen before. "The Victorious One" is so called because he has abandoned pure realms. "Having fallen to the ground" is also Abhidharma, from the Sutra Pitaka. If asked what that is like, it is said, "First," and so on. "The form of the goer" refers to the skandhas, and so on, focusing on the supreme bliss that is inseparable from them; the skandhas, and so on, are not other than bliss. If asked what that is like, (the answer is) "Third, there is no co-emergence." The word "that" is a reason, a reason for the absence of co-emergence in joys, and so on. Because co-emergence is not established as existent, non-existent, permanent, or impermanent, and because it completely abandons both abandoning and taking, and so on, the skandhas, and so on, also abandon the nature of existence and non-existence, and so on. That verse is also the fourth line of the ninth letter. It is said that this meaning is explained in detail, beginning with "Bhagavan," and so on. "Bhagavan declared, 'Hey Vajra!'" refers to Vajradhara, who possesses the nature of skillful means and wisdom. "The body of all Buddhas is one" means that all Buddhas, such as Vairochana, are one. "The indivisible body is his" is just so. If asked what was said, it is said, "Doubt," and so on. "The good that dispels doubt" refers to two doubts: "Co-emergence is not perfect complete enlightenment," and words such as "it should be dispelled." "Vajra Essence" refers to that state. "For the sake of understanding" is for the sake of definitively establishing co-emergence as one.
