Now is virtuous action, it is like the ocean, therefore it is immeasurable. Jewels are strength and fearlessness, etc. Treasure is a treasure of jewels, because it is inexhaustible. Dharma is loving-kindness and compassion, etc. Hearers and solitary Buddhas, etc., and uncommon Dharma. The collection of Dharma is the collection of Dharma. Thus, by loving-kindness alone, the source of all qualities becomes a field. What is called sentient being is a living being. What is called "to you" is connected to you. Prostration is performing prostration. What is called "to them" is to the sentient beings. What is called "good" is good action. What is it? It is said: Prostration, that is, performing prostration to those sentient beings, that is very good, which shows respect to the teacher. Now I will explain the effortless praise. Protector, even though you do not seek qualities, I will offer my diligence. Therefore, in order to avoid fear, I exist like licking the chest. Protector, even though you do not seek qualities, etc. What is called not seeking is not seeking. You are yours. Qualities have been explained before. What is called protector is calling. Diligence is ability, it should be understood as the diligence of wisdom. The word "also" will be used to explain other meanings. Offering is offering what one has. What is called "my" is the praiser's. What is called "therefore" is from that cause. What is called "in order to avoid fear" is because of not seeking the qualities of the Tathagata, and offering my diligence. Obtaining faults that contradict the qualities of the Tathagata, and it is a harmful downfall. Therefore, fear is for fear. "Existing like licking the chest" is for the sake of praise, I will not praise, it should be understood like this. What is called "like licking" is connected with existence. It is not because of being satisfied with the qualities of the Tathagata that one does not praise, but in order to avoid not having fear, this is a brief statement. If the qualities of the Tathagata

If not you, who could praise? Your own self-nature, immeasurable and inconceivable, without comparison, and whose number is inexhaustible, only you yourself know. Without comparison, and whose number is inexhaustible. This is the extensive explanation. Immeasurable means unable to be completely determined, because even one quality's power cannot be comprehended. Because it cannot be counted with numbers such as one, the number is also inexhaustible, because the qualities are limitless. Because it is not the realm of beings other than the Buddha, it is inconceivable. Comparison is metaphor. Without comparison means unparalleled. Self means oneself. "ཉིད་ (nyid)" means to ascertain. Self means that even the most excellent of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas cannot. "བདག་ (bdag)" is a synonym for "self." For example, some worldly people say, "I will go to the city myself." "One's own" refers to the self-nature of the Dharmakaya and the self-nature of the Rupakaya. "You" means to ascertain. What is ascertained? Some say that in other world realms, Buddhas, Bhagavat, also appear at the same time as the sons of Shakya, and they fully understand each other's qualities. To refute these claims, ascertainment means that only you, Bhagavat Shakyamuni, know yourself, and others cannot do it. This means that it is impossible for two Tathagatas, earlier and later Buddhas Bhagavat, to appear in the world at the same time, which is the word of the sutra. Therefore, only you are worthy of offering who knows yourself, not Shravakas and others, because we are like impure worms, let alone watching. Therefore, of you: Even if the water of the great ocean does not decrease, it can greatly pacify the suffering of beings. Similarly, even if only a small part of your qualities is not proclaimed, I am very happy. The small part of your qualities, the small part of the qualities is the small part, only its sound.
