It means "remaining." If those detached from desire among the outsiders have no faults, but likewise, because they have not definitely abandoned the faults of the peak of existence. And, for the learners, how can they abandon what is to be abandoned through the meditation of attaining the three realms, two realms, and one realm? For the Arhats, even if they have no faults of the three realms, they should also become worthy of offerings such as refuge, therefore it is said, "Completely." "Completely" means "at all times." What is the meaning? Even if the Arhats have no faults at all, it is not that they have no faults at all, because it exists at the time of complete abandonment, and the Arhats are of the nature of things not completely abandoned. Then, for the Pratyekabuddhas, there are no faults at all, so they should also become worthy of offerings of refuge, therefore, in order to distinguish them, it is said, "All aspects." "All aspects" means "in all aspects." Because they have not abandoned desire and so on in all aspects, because they have not abandoned the latent tendencies. Therefore, they are also not worthy of offerings such as refuge. The Bhagavan also does not have all faults, completely in all aspects. Therefore, in order to be completely without all faults, only the Bhagavan is worthy of offerings such as refuge, so it is said. For whom are there no faults at all? Because reciting this verse in the order of the explanation will not be in accordance, therefore, in order to be in accordance with the verse, "Completely" and "All aspects" are recited in order. If external objects such as mountains also have no faults of all kinds, then they should also become worthy of offerings such as refuge, therefore, in order to prevent these, it is said, "All from all aspects," which is connected with "all qualities." Again, what are all the qualities? Shravakas and common

Absence of afflictions and the wisdom of aspirations, etc. The uncommon (qualities) are also unmixed, strength, and fearlessness, etc. Those are not distinguished by small, medium, etc., but are explained as abiding in greatness itself. The meaning of "all aspects" is with all distinctions. In making distinctions surpass, you have no slackness at all. Therefore, your distinctions, from beginning to end, have no order of distinction. This is what will be explained. "To whom" actually combines with the Blessed One (Lord) himself. The word "also" clarifies the cause of distinction. Because all faults have been exhausted and endowed with all the distinctions of qualities, it is reasonable to take refuge in him. This is an extensive explanation. "Dwelling transformation" means truly dwelling, merely because of intention, and because it is the energy of manifestation. Qualities are what was said before, because they are considered the antidote to faults and have become habitual. The explanation is this: merely being without faults, without qualities, cannot protect. The meaning of refuge is the meaning of refuge, which is the established doctrine. Mountains and the like are also without qualities. The Blessed One (Lord) is without faults and endowed with qualities. Therefore, only he is worthy of refuge and offerings, not mountains and the like. Therefore, many people take refuge in: Rovo and forests, gardens and under trees, people are threatened by fear, this refuge is not supreme. This refuge is not supreme. Taking refuge in him will not be liberated from all suffering. This is what the Blessed One (Lord) said. If because qualities abide in all aspects, the Blessed One (Lord) you surpass from the Hearers and the like, therefore worthy of refuge and offerings, then likewise, with the perfection of abandonment and realization, the Blessed One (Lord) can also be praised, therefore, it is explained with verses such as "constantly in all aspects." That is.

It is said that one does not possess all the faults mentioned earlier, and also possesses all the virtues. The term "oneself" means that which must be taken. What must be taken? It is refuge and so on. Other than that, it is not a vessel for refuge and so on. The term "taking refuge" is because refuge has been promised. The meaning of refuge is the meaning of refuge. As mentioned before, it makes the mind happy to act. The term "praise" means praising the true qualities. The term "beings" means that it applies to all beings. It makes speech happy to act. The term "respect" means to serve with folded hands and so on. It makes the body happy to act. The term "abiding in his teachings" means not transgressing what is prohibited by body, speech, and mind, and accomplishing what is permitted. In this way, the son will abide in the teachings of the Bhagavan, which makes practice happy to act. The term "reason" means not exceeding reason, meaning in accordance with reason. If there is a mind, it means that the mind that benefits oneself must be taken, because it is the main one. Because thinking of benefiting oneself. Otherwise, animals also have minds, but their ability to discern faults and virtues is low, so they do not consider benefiting themselves. Therefore, whoever thinks of benefiting himself should take refuge in the one who does not possess all faults and possesses all virtues, and abide in his teachings.
