As before, generate that Napo Drowang (ན་པོ་གྲོས་དབང་), and repeatedly contemplate subduing and destroying. Also, even if repelling an army, deploy generals in the ribs and other places. For those most important in military affairs, generate, subdue, and destroy as before. Again, send messengers, leading countless armies of the Eight Classes to advance. Seize the weapons of the invading armies and thieves, strike with weapons, weaken their strength, then capture them and throw them into the deep, triangular iron pit in front. Release countless six-sided Mount Meru (རི་རབ) from the wheel to suppress them. The Eight Classes of messengers set up camp on top of it, contemplating that they will not be released for eons. At the end of the practice, recite 'Dina Mekena Maraya Phet (དཱི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊཿ, Tibetan), Stambhaya Nan (སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནནཿ, Tibetan), Bhyo (བྷྱོཿ, Tibetan), Repel,' reciting according to the situation. If the visualization is clear, the harm will naturally subside. When performing these repelling visualizations, the wheel must only rotate to the left. When performing repelling and destroying visualizations, for those who do not have clear visualizations, during the practice, after 'Patza Patza (པ་ཙ་པ་ཙའི་, Tibetan),' add 'Dina Mekena Maraya Hum Hum Phet (དཱི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་, Tibetan),' reciting five hundred times, etc. After 'Idam Dushtam (ཨི་དཾ་དུཥྚཾ་, Tibetan)' at the end of the practice, add 'Byada Ma Kaka (བྱད་མ་ཁ་ཁཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Kahi Kahi (བྱད་མ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧིཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Mara Mara (བྱད་མ་མ་ར་མ་རཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Grihna Grihna (བྱད་མ་གྲྀཧྣ་གྲྀཧྣཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Bandha Bandha (བྱད་མ་བནྡྷ་བནྡྷཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Hana Hana (བྱད་མ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ནཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Daha Daha (བྱད་མ་ད་ཧ་ད་ཧཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Patza Patza (བྱད་མ་པ་ཙ་པ་ཙཿ, Tibetan), Byada Ma Dina Mekena Maraya Hum Hum Phet (བྱད་མ་དཱི་ན་མེ་ཀེ་ན་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།, Tibetan),' one hundred and eight times, etc., and recite 'Bhayana' three times, folding hands and praying: Whoever has hatred, malice, and violence towards our virtuous lama and our retinue, and all the evil spirits and heretics who lead astray with evil thoughts and deeds, may all their evil thoughts and deeds be pacified. If they are not pacified, then bind the bodies of all of them, bind their speech, bind their minds, destroy their power, destroy their magical abilities, destroy their strength, destroy the very essence of the mantras they recite, let the spirits they invoke devour their flesh. May the hosts of Mahakala (མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ) reduce the bodies and speech of all enemies to dust, liberate their consciousness into the Dharmadhatu. Like the Vajradhara (རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་) King, etc., perform the visualization of destroying and repelling as before. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Whatever one does, after completing the visualization of protection, one should meditate. According to the situation, mainly recite the two short mantras, those ending with 'Śāsana Māra' and those with connecting words. The yoga of conduct is: in all conduct, visualize the outer world as a protective wheel, the sentient beings of the inner world as the eleven protectors (Avalokiteśvara), all sounds as the sounds of the seven-syllable mantra, the twelve vowels, Śāsana, etc., and all mental phenomena as the nature of wisdom, and conduct within the wheel. The yoga of sleeping is: as before, from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at one's heart, light radiates until the ten wrathful deities dissolve into oneself. Visualize oneself along with the seat dissolving into the curved knife Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at one's heart. The curved knife along with the lotus and sun dissolves into the sun seat and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable). The sun dissolves into the foot curve. The foot curve dissolves into the body. The body dissolves into the head. The head dissolves into the crescent moon. The crescent moon dissolves into the bindu. The bindu dissolves into the nāda. The nāda also becomes thinner and thinner, like a rainbow disappearing into the sky, and one should sleep in a state of emptiness, where nothing is perceived. The yoga of rising in the morning is: as soon as one wakes up from sleep, by saying 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), visualize oneself instantly as Mahākāla. Again, by saying 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), visualize the ten wrathful deities who protect the outer world clearly appearing, and meditate on conducting oneself within the protective wheel. The yoga of bathing is: from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at one's heart, light radiates, inviting the five families of empowerment deities along with their retinue into the space in front, offering with 'Om Vajra Samājaḥ', 'Om Argham', etc. Pray that all the Tathāgatas purify my sins and obscurations. After praying, visualize the empowerment deities holding jeweled vases filled with nectar, pouring the nectar from the crown of one's head, and reciting 'Om Sarva Tathāgata Abhiṣeka-ta Samaya Śrī Hūṃ', and with firm faith, actually bathe with vase water or clean water, visualizing that sins and obscurations are purified. The yoga of eating is: visualize oneself appearing as the protector (Avalokiteśvara), with flames blazing at the heart and navel. At the heart, visualize Gur-gyi mgon-po, the main deity of the eleven-faced protector, with the image of the guru Achala above his head. At the navel, visualize all the deities who protect the outer world. Visualize all food as the flesh and blood of enemies and obstacles, bless it by reciting 'Om Ah Hum' three times, and visualize the right hand as a container and the left hand as a pourer. Visualize the food as flesh and blood nectar, throwing it into the burning mouth. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
