When it becomes necessary to deliver a major address from the grand throne, as always, I first express my gratitude. Then, according to the specific circumstances, I will mention: Khon Palpoche, who was born from the immaculate, luminous, and immortal lineage, and who served as the inner minister to the Dharma-protecting king, Jetsun Dorje Nonpo (Vajrakila), the incarnation of Trisong Detsen. Among the seven ordained ones, he was Khon Klu'i Wangpo Srungwa, supreme in vast wisdom. He perfected the power of mantra, repelled the armies of heretics, and was the lineage of accomplished masters such as the mantra-holder Dorje Rinchen (Vajraratna). Through the successive transmissions of the Khon lineage, the incarnation of Avalokiteśvara, the great Sakya Pandita Kunga Nyingpo, and his nephew Kunga Gyaltsen, and others, the Seven Manjushris, as well as the incarnation of Vajrapani, the protector of beings Chakna Dorje, and many other wise and accomplished revered lamas, passed down from one lineage son to another. The great Dharma kings of the East who protect the land, such as Gopala and Ta Ming Yongle, were primarily emperors of Mongol and Chinese dynasties. They worked to lead many sentient beings to maturity and liberation. In the snowy land of Tibet, they established remarkable systems of Dharma and governance, bringing glory to the Victorious One's teachings, making them as bright as the sun, their deeds unfolding like a string of pearls. From the essence of these lineages, those who take birth intentionally for the benefit of beings, such as the Dharma Lord, will be addressed starting from their father's name. Their dualistic activities are exceedingly wondrous, leading countless beings of the degenerate age onto the path of liberation. The activities of all these individuals are amassed into a mountain of merit, adorned with layers of four precious jewels, radiating brilliance. Their wisdom and compassion illuminate the horizons, and their activities, like the seven-horsed sun and the rabbit-holding moon, spread the glory of Samantabhadra's tradition throughout the snowy land. They are the masters of the activities that greatly expand the tradition. Following the titles such as Dharma Lord Manjushri, when he himself undertakes the task of establishing the Dharma, having obtained the precious boat of leisure and endowment.
