It should be understood as stated in Chenpung, and other ways of describing characteristics are actually included here. Furthermore, it is natural that such a spontaneously accomplished youthful vase body manifests the two bodies of wisdom outwardly for the benefit of others, so there is no need to elaborate. Third, regarding the ways in which impure sentient beings are deluded, there are two aspects: the causes and conditions of delusion, and the ways in which delusion manifests from the basis of delusion. The first is: because the objects of the three causes of ignorance and the four conditions are impure, delusion arises like a flowing stream, thereby binding beings to samsara. That is, because the true nature of the three co-emergent dharmas is not recognized, their respective characteristics are confused, so the three types of ignorance arise. Not recognizing one's own base appearance as oneself, recognition and non-recognition arise simultaneously, and self-appearance is grasped as other, possessing the distinctions of these three aspects, so the essence of ignorance is divided into three categories and six types. Therefore, the *Madhyamakāvatāra* says: "Ignorance has three aspects, with one self as the root of delusion. Co-emergent discriminations are two, and become objects through imputation." The *Rangshar* says: "Thus, ignorance is divided into six types, and therefore one cannot see one's own appearance." Thus, ignorance is the condition of the cause, existing like a foundation, and the compassion of the base appearance is mistaken for mind, grasping it as subject and object, thereby causing delusion as a cause. The nature of the base existing like a foundation is also the condition of the cause, and the meaning is the same. The object is the condition of the object, because oneself appears as other and is grasped as two, thereby causing delusion. Consciousness is the condition of the lord, because one grasps its light and awareness as dharmata, etc., thereby causing delusion. The aggregation of the three types of ignorance and the three conditions is the immediately preceding condition, and therefore delusion actually arises. The *Mirror of the Heart* says: "Although ignorance is not on the base, it exists in experience or phenomena. From phenomena, four conditions arise. That is, the light of the base existing like a foundation is the condition of the cause. That is true ignorance. On that, the arising of grasping and discrimination is called the condition of the lord. On that, grasping as subject and object is called the condition of the object. For example, it is like showing a person's face. These three existing simultaneously are called the immediately preceding condition." Thus. Second, the basis of delusion is summarized into three, and two other ways of showing classification are presented. The first is: dharmata becomes the basis of delusion for the object.

Then, the five become the basis of delusion for the body, and awareness becomes the basis of delusion for the mind. Although their essence is not such, due to ignorance and its associated grasping and apprehended, they are said to mistake the true existence as the body. As it is said in the "Mirror of the Mind of Kuntuzangpo": "One's own aggregates are the actual Buddha, you err by seeing the flesh and blood body as aggregates. All appearances and existence are the appearance of light, you err by grasping appearances and existence as ordinary. All dharmas are the nature of awareness, you err by grasping all dharmas as mind." Also, as it is said in the "Kunsal": "From this arise three bases of delusion: Dharmata is the basis of delusion for the object, the five lights are the basis of delusion for the body, and awareness is the basis of delusion for the mind. Dharmata is suitable as the basis of delusion for the object, because it accords with the emptiness of non-awareness. The five lights are suitable as the basis of delusion for the body, because they accord with colors and so on. Awareness is suitable as the basis of delusion for the mind, because awareness itself accords with the dharma of awareness." Furthermore, other ways of classifying are: Body, Speech, and Mind are the three doors, grasping the five wisdoms as self results in the eight consciousnesses and five poisons, color produces the five elements, the five kayas produce the five aggregates, and so on. All these accord with purity and dharma. All the tantras also have the same nature, the basis, mandala, object to be purified, purifier, and result are all the same, therefore it is reasonable, otherwise it will never change, like a horse and a person. Furthermore, knowing, compassion, and power are merely knowing, birth, death, and bardo are the three kayas, and other similar dharmas are also due to this key point. If one understands this, one can grasp the heart of all the tantras. All views, meditations, actions, and results will also be certain to abide in meaning. The one named "Glorious Lord of Hosts" is capable of simultaneously accomplishing the three bodies and mind of all the victorious ones, therefore, one does not impose the compounded nature of cause and condition on the uncompounded Buddha. Why? Because if it is compounded, it is necessarily impermanent. Furthermore, if the appearance of the superior relative truth, this appearance on the path, does not have a basis for arising and a way of arising on the path, like a woolen cloth without wool, it is merely a name, and its result, samsara and nirvana, is cut off like a rabbit's horn, then the ultimate dharmata will never be able to rise from the error of mere embellishment, because appearance
