གི་ནང་དུ་གནས་པ་ནི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སོ། །ཞེས་དང་། སཾ་བྷུ་ཊི་ལས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་འོད་གསལ་བ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་ངོ་བོ་ཉིད། །དེ་ཡི་དབུས་ན་གནས་པའི་ལྷ། །ཆ་མེད་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཕྲ་བ་སྟེ། །ཐིག་ལེའི་གཟུགས་ཅན་ཡིད་ཀྱི་དངོས། །གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆེན་པོ་འོད་དང་ལྡན། །རྟག་ཏུ་སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ་ན་གནས། །ཞེས་ཅུང་ཟད་བསྡུས་ཀྱང་དོན་དུ་དེ་ལྟར་གསུངས། གཉིས་མེད་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་ལས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་སྙིང་ལ་ནི། །ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གསང་བ་སྙིང་པོ་གནས། །དེ་ཉིད་སྙིང་པོ་གསུམ་ལྡན་པ། །བདེ་གཤེགས་སྙིང་པོར་འཇུག་པ་ཉིད། །ཅེས་དང་། ཕྱག་ཆེན་ཐིག་ལེ་འདུས་པ་ལས། །སེམས་ཅན་དྲན་བྱེད་ཙིཏྟའི་དཀྱིལ། །ཆོས་གསུམ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོར་གནས། །ཞེས་དང་། རང་ཤར་ལས། སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་རང་རིག་ནི། །སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ་ན་གནས་པའོ། །ཞེས་སོགས་གསུངས། དེ་ཡང་ངོ་བོ་བུམ་པའི་སྐུ་ལྟ་བུ། རང་བཞིན་བུམ་ནང་གི་མར་མེ་ལྟ་བུ། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་ལྟར་གནས། གནས་ཚུལ་ཀྱང་སྙིང་ཀ་ན་གདངས་ཀྱི་སྐུ། སྤྱི་བོ་ན་ཟེར་གྱི་སྐུ། རྩ་རྣམས་ན་ཐིག་ལེ་ལ་སོགས་གནས་ས་དང་གནས་ལུགས་ཡོད་ཀྱང་རེ་ཞིག་སྙིང་ཁར་ཡེ་ཤེས་སུམ་བརྩེགས་སུ་བཞུགས་པ་དེ་ཙམ་མོ། །པཎ་ཆེན་དྲི་མེད་བཤེས་གཉེན་གྱིས། སྐུ་ནི་ནང་གསལ་བུམ་སྐུ་ལྷ། །འོད་ནི་བུམ་པའི་མར་མེ་བཞིན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྨ་བྱའི་སྒོ་ང་འདྲ། །ཞེས་སོ། ། གཉིས་པ་དེ་ལས་གྲོལ་འཁྲུལ་གྱི་ཚུལ་བཤད་པ།

其中安住的是智慧。如《桑布扎续》中说：菩提心是光明，是五种智慧的自性。在那的中央安住的本尊，是无分至极微细的，具有明点的形象，是意之实物，具有大威光且具足光明，恒常安住在心之中央。虽然略微简略，但意义是那样说的。《二无别胜王续》中说：一切有情的心中，安住着意的秘密精华，那即是具有三种精华的，进入善逝精华。《大手印明点总集续》中说：有情忆念的意之中央，安住在三法之自性中。《自显续》中说：一切有情的自明，安住在心之中央。等等这样说了。那也是本体如宝瓶之身，自性如宝瓶内的灯，大悲如太阳的光芒般安住。安住的方式也是，在心间是声的身体，在头顶是光芒的身体，在脉中是明点等等，虽然有安住处和安住方式，但暂时是智慧三重安住在心中仅此而已。班禅无垢善友说：身是内明宝瓶身之天，光如宝瓶的灯，智慧如孔雀蛋。

That which dwells within is wisdom. As it says in the Sambhuti Tantra: The Bodhichitta is clear light, it is the essence of the five wisdoms. The deity who dwells in its center, is indivisible and supremely subtle, having the form of a bindu, the reality of mind, possessing great splendor and endowed with light, always dwelling in the center of the heart. Although slightly condensed, the meaning is as such. In the Two-in-One Supreme Victory it says: In the hearts of all sentient beings, dwells the secret essence of the mind, that itself possesses the three essences, it is entering the Sugata essence. And in the Great Seal Bindu Collection it says: In the center of the citta that sentient beings remember, it dwells as the essence of the three dharmas. And in Rangshar it says: The self-awareness of all sentient beings, dwells in the center of the heart. And so on. That is, the essence is like a vase-body, the nature is like a lamp inside a vase, compassion dwells like the rays of the sun. The way of dwelling is also, in the heart is the body of sound, on the crown of the head is the body of light, in the channels are bindus and so on, although there are places and ways of dwelling, for the moment, it is just that the triple wisdom dwells in the heart. Panchen Drime Shenyen said: The body is the inner clear vase-body deity, the light is like the lamp of the vase, wisdom is like a peacock's egg.
