压伏十七地界，盛大地跳起圆满报身之舞，从地面敲响下部的马舞，镇压欲望和错觉，压！压伏二十欲界，盛大地跳起化身之舞，敲打方便之舞向右敲打，杀死镇压嗔恨的邪魔，压！敲打智慧之舞向左敲打，杀死镇压贪欲的邪魔，压！敲打双运之舞交叉敲打，杀死镇压愚痴的邪魔，压！敌人化为灰烬之舞，邪魔化为粉末之舞，歌舞乐的广大手印，菩提心未生起之前，永不懈怠地行持苦行，嗡 边嘎ra，哈哈，嘿嘿，吽吽，嗡 亚曼达嘎 吽，萨瓦 夏chun 嘎亚 瓦嘎 资达 斯当 巴亚 南 玛ra 亚 南！绵羊血脉缓慢连接增长之舞，镇压焚烧抛掷三种事业，除了需要和重要的时候，其他时候仅仅收摄即可，获得成就的次第是，吽！诸佛之王成办诸佛，真实至高之身的，作为所依的缘起，解脱有为之边际，无漏有漏取蕴痛苦之边际的，以寂灭世间恐怖者的吉祥，金刚自性不改变于法界中，成熟所生的痛苦自然解脱的您，对一切有情亲近之后也，请赐予无色美妙殊胜的成就，嗡 阿 班杂 亚曼达嘎 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！阿！不生不灭，声空那达之音，无作任运，斩断迷惑之轮，种种品类，种种形象意义皆显现，不可言说，化为言说之象征的吉祥，莲花自性，诸佛欢喜嬉笑游戏，真实之边，无我狮子吼，无有文字，具足音声之殊胜，请赐予甚深广大语之成就，嗡 阿 班杂 亚曼达嘎 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！阿 吽！殊胜赐予，殊胜您，诸佛菩提心，空性空愿，虽是名相之寂静，如是彼与味等同，证悟增长，三时无时，轮涅盘之吉祥，刹那无分，执着于法之意，心与心所，三界分别假立的一切，增益损减二取之显现执着自解脱的，六种特点。

Subduing the seventeen realms of the earth, Grandly performing the dance of the complete enjoyment body, Striking the lower horse dance from the ground, Suppressing desires and illusions, press! Subduing the twenty desire realms, Grandly performing the dance of the emanation body, Striking the dance of means, striking to the right, Killing and suppressing the demons of hatred, press! Striking the dance of wisdom, striking to the left, Killing and suppressing the demons of attachment, press! Striking the dance of union, striking crosswise, Killing and suppressing the demons of ignorance, press! The dance of enemies reduced to ashes, The dance of demons reduced to powder, The great mudra of song, dance, and music, Before the arising of bodhichitta, Always practicing asceticism without wavering, Om Pem Kara, Haha, Hihi, Hum Hum, Om Yamantaka Hum, Sarva Shatrun Kaya Vakka Citta Stom Bhaya Nan Mara Ya Nan! The dance of the sheep lineage slowly connecting and growing, The three actions of suppressing, burning, and throwing, Except for times of need and importance, At other times, it is sufficient to simply gather them. The order of obtaining accomplishments is: Hum! King of all Buddhas, accomplishing all Buddhas, Of the true and supreme body, The dependent arising that serves as the basis, Liberated from the limits of conditioned existence, Of the uncontaminated and contaminated aggregates, the limits of suffering, With the auspiciousness of subduing the terrifier of the world, The vajra nature, unchanging in the dharmadhatu, You, whose suffering born from karmic results is naturally liberated, Having become close to all sentient beings, Please grant the formless, beautiful, and sacred accomplishments, Om Ah Vajra Yamantaka Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum! Ah! Unborn, unceasing, the sound of emptiness, Effortless, spontaneously arising, cutting the wheel of delusion, Manifesting various kinds of forms and meanings, The auspiciousness that has become the symbol of the unspeakable, The lotus nature, the Buddhas rejoicing and laughing in play, The true limit, the roar of the selfless lion, Without letters, the supreme one endowed with sound, Please grant the profound and vast accomplishment of speech, Om Ah Vajra Yamantaka Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum! A Hum! Supreme giving, supreme you, the mind of the Buddhas and Bodhi, Emptiness, empty aspiration, although it is the solitude of characteristics, Thus, it is equal in taste with that, realization increases, Three times, timeless, the glory of the wheel of samvara, An instant, indivisible, clinging to dharma as the mind, Mind and mental factors, all the conceptual constructs of the three realms, The appearance of clinging to the two extremes of imputation and denial is self-liberated, Six special qualities.

赐予从……中解脱的成就。嗡 啊 班杂 亚曼达嘎 萨瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽。（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः वज्र यमान्तक सर्व सिद्धि फल हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ vajra yamāntaka sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 金刚 阎曼德迦 一切 成就 帕拉 吽） 忏悔罪恶和过错： 吽！身体的善与非善行为，都是文殊阎曼德迦的身之自性；如此未能证悟，被能取和所取束缚；在当下解脱的自性中，忏悔所造之过错。 吽！语言的善与非善行为，都是文殊阎曼德迦的语之自性；如此未能证悟，被能取和所取束缚；在边解脱的自性中，忏悔所造之过错。 吽！心的善与非善行为，都是文殊阎曼德迦的意之自性；如此未能证悟，被能取和所取束缚；在自解脱的自性中，忏悔所造之过错。 吽！普遍结合的殊胜执着行为，都是文殊阎曼德迦的功德自性；如此未能证悟，被能取和所取束缚；在完全解脱、普遍行为中，忏悔所造之过错。 吽！所显现和所行持的化身事业，都是文殊阎曼德迦的事业自性；如此未能证悟，被能取和所取束缚；在唯一解脱的自性中，忏悔所造之过错。 此所依之力量，于三时中皆稳固。念诵百字明。 以具足五力而忏悔。 回向善根： 吽！八识转为五智而证悟成佛，五蕴显现为文殊五部而现前菩提，五大种自性解脱为妙音天女五部，清净圆满成熟于颜色法界之自性中。 六境于普贤庄严之轮中，了知缘起时和合之真谛；二十种相于菩提天神之自性中，以智慧灭尽有生、住、灭之实有；以真谛之力，无一众生，当下自解脱，安住于金刚地。 未能证悟，如梦幻般的虚假显现，于当下解脱、大光明之中啊！ 回向与发愿： 吽！诸佛之本体，文殊智慧心，无增无减地安住于一切众生之中；无分别、自生智慧之本性，果之自性，无愿而圆满；于自然安住、任运广大之中，以自性显现之殊胜加持力，从自生自信获得之王位中，以不动的永恒统治之吉祥，愿能利益一切所化有情。

(藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབཛྲ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः वज्र यमान्तक सर्व सिद्धि फल हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ vajra yamāntaka sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om Ah Vajra Yamantaka Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum) Confession of sins and downfalls: Hūṃ! All virtuous and non-virtuous actions of the body, are the nature of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka's body; not realizing this, bound by grasping and holding; in the state of immediate liberation, I confess the committed faults. Hūṃ! All virtuous and non-virtuous actions of speech, are the nature of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka's speech; not realizing this, bound by grasping and holding; in the state of ultimate liberation, I confess the committed faults. Hūṃ! All virtuous and non-virtuous actions of mind, are the nature of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka's mind; not realizing this, bound by grasping and holding; in the state of self-liberation, I confess the committed faults. Hūṃ! All supreme clinging actions of universal union, are the nature of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka's qualities; not realizing this, bound by grasping and holding; in the completely liberated, universal actions, I confess the committed faults. Hūṃ! All manifested and practiced emanation activities, are the nature of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka's activities; not realizing this, bound by grasping and holding; in the state of one liberation, I confess the committed faults. May the power of this support be firm in all three times. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Confess with the five powers. Dedication of merit: Hūṃ! May the eight consciousnesses be enlightened into the five wisdoms, may the five aggregates manifest as the five families of Mañjuśrī and realize enlightenment, may the five elements be primordially liberated as the five families of Sarasvatī, may they be completely purified and matured in the essence of the realm of color. In the wheel of Samantabhadra's adornments of the six objects, may the true meaning of dependent origination and temporal union be understood; in the state of twenty aspects of enlightenment deities, may the reality of the arising, dwelling, and ceasing of existence be exhausted by wisdom; by the power of that truth, may there not be even one sentient being, may all be self-liberated at once, and abide on the vajra ground. Even the unreal appearances of unrecognized dreamlike delusions, in the expanse of immediate liberation and great vanishing, Āḥ! Dedication and aspiration: Hūṃ! The essence of all Buddhas, the wisdom mind of Mañjuśrī, dwells without increase or decrease in all beings; the nature of the undifferentiated, self-arisen wisdom, the nature of the fruit, is perfected without aspiration; in the great expanse of natural abiding and spontaneous abundance, by the supreme power of the manifestation of essence, from the kingdom of self-confidence gained from oneself, with the auspiciousness of seizing the unwavering eternal dominion, may it benefit all beings to be tamed.
