May this place be transformed into the essence of the Five Buddha Families, Father and Mother, and attain enlightenment! Om! To the eight great Bodhisattvas, the eight consciousnesses of the deceased are offered, merging into the body and uniting without separation. May a body be generated from the seed syllable Hum! Hum! To the eight great Mother Goddesses, the eight great realms of the deceased are offered, merging into the body and uniting without separation. May a body be generated from the space of Hum! Phat! May the assembly of the deceased, with their realms, awaken to their naturally pure state and attain enlightenment as the essence of the Bodhisattva Father and Mother! Om! To the four great Wrathful Ones, the four sources of physical birth are offered, merging into the body and uniting without separation. May a body be generated from the seed syllable Hum! Phat! Hum! To the four great Wrathful Mothers, the four inverted thoughts are offered, merging into the body and uniting without separation. May a body be generated from the space of Hum! Phat! May the four sources of physical birth and the four inverted thoughts of the deceased awaken to their naturally pure state and attain enlightenment as the essence of the Daktrit Gopa Father and Mother! Om! To the six Victorious Ones, the six afflictions of the deceased are offered, merging into the body and uniting without separation. May they be generated from the Hum in the heart center! Phat! May the six afflictions of the deceased awaken to their naturally pure state and attain enlightenment as the essence of the six Victorious Great Ones! Ah! Fifty-eight deities are the body of wisdom. By offering the fifty-eight conceptual thoughts, from the realms of space, primordial awareness, emptiness, and the expanse of space, may a non-dual emanation body be generated! Hum! A white pearl, stainless, and red sandalwood, without attachment, and three drops of bodhicitta, when merged into the expanse of realization, self-awareness is primordially enlightened. Do not seek the Buddha from elsewhere, for even if you seek, you will not find your own meaning. In the state of non-conceptual equanimity, the luminous, empty, rainbow body of awareness, the secret mandala manifests as five lights. The supreme state of being is the Great Perfection. All mandalas are perfected in this. Just as light arises in darkness, by looking at this self-arisen nature of reality, all sentient beings in the six realms, there is not one who is not enlightened. Abandon the view of the lower realms of samsara, destroy the desires of conceptual thought, and clarify with the words of your own wisdom. Ema!

As my awakened mind expands, from the very nature of Samantabhadra's awareness, there is neither Buddha nor sentient being, neither god nor demigod, nor even demons. There is neither samsara nor nirvana. Awareness, wisdom, is the only unity. Samsara and nirvana are not labeled as two. I and non-self are manifestly enlightened. Therefore, I am indeed a son of the Buddha. Just as the Buddhas of the past resided, unwavering from the ground of the Victorious Ones, abiding eternally in their own ground. The great emptiness is an exceedingly vast realm. In the realm of vastness, the clear light of Dharma's nature is spontaneously perfect. May the power and ability be as before. ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Phat) May the fifty-eight conceptualizations of the deceased, purified by their very nature, awaken manifestly and become enlightened in the essence of the fifty-eight blood-drinkers. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Hum) In the womb of union, cast forth with ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Phat). From the vajra path to the palace of the mother, bring forth a body ablaze with rainbow light. Radiate rays like dust motes into the realms. May the glory of emptying samsara be attained. ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Phat) May the deceased, for their own benefit, attain the ground of the five spontaneously accomplished kayas, Vajradhara, and for the benefit of others, through whatever activity is suitable, completely perfect the power and glory of emptying samsara from its depths. Having spoken thus, transfer the consciousness into the expanse. Seal it with the irreversible. Then, the burning of the name plaque: Purify into emptiness with སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Svabhava - nature). From within emptiness, in an instant, ཧྲཱི༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Hrih) The deity born from the state of wisdom awareness, the self-arisen embodiment of compassion, Hayagriva, King, in the Dharma realm, a form adorned with constellations, clearly manifests uttering three fierce horse-cries. Within his belly, the forty-two peaceful deities are clear, and the mandala of the dancing wrathful deities. From the expanse, invoke the activity deities, becoming inseparable. ཛྙཱ་ན་དེ་ཝཱ་ག་ན་ཙཀྲ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Jnana Deva Ghana Chakra Sa Pariwara Vajra Samaya Jah, Jah Hum Bam Hoh) From Argham to Shabda, from Rupa to Sparsha, all five meats, five amritas, blood offerings, and songs and dances, please enjoy. ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Hum) From the wisdom expanse, the mudra of skillful means arises, whatever form is to be tamed, peaceful, wrathful, or subtle. Having spoken thus, all the deities dissolve into light, and with the fire of wisdom, in the form of various colors, all the karmic results and causes of the deceased are in the wrath of Dharma's nature.
