Those skilled in all vows. Meditation, patience and dharma aspects and. Those who are able to uphold the teachings. The secret essence is supremely entrusted. It is not to be declared to others. Unwavering, profound wisdom, able to withstand obstacles and. To those who are willing to engage in wish-fulfilling union. The root and branches of the vows are shown. With the moon, it is a great vow. Those skilled in both unions and. Possessing scripture and valid measure, able to endure and. Not declaring it to others and. Those who make offerings to the teachings. Nearness, approaching the vow. Accomplishing, approaching, near approaching. Strive very hard to the best of your ability. Having abandoned all the natures of sentient beings. Whose mind is also not disturbed and.

供养会众力复力，以引诱妇女而供养主尊，以双运能胜秘密之智者，于决定者而极信赖，不应向他人展示。欲行无碍交合之行者，妇女具足一切功德，与一切贪欲相合而行，接受根本，并适应地显示天神之身，近修秘密之口诀等，任何时候也不应施与。于彼示以交合之方式后，未曾开示其他。具信调顺且智慧敏锐者，信心大且敬重佛法者，适于贪欲听从教诲者，乐于安住听闻经文者，成办根本支分誓言者，陈设供养处守护律仪者，于修持者降下加持后，于密咒会众之供养处，降下我之秘密加持，于无碍现前中，以具足交合之方便而平等交合，以四十二坛城之自性，以令欢喜之平等交合，以平等之成就而供养会众。与不具誓言行事粗暴者，与不从深处领受教法者，不应增长贪欲，秘密之精髓，不应开示决定之义，我之灌顶与学处等，依次善施与。种姓低劣之男女行欲，性情急躁贪欲极大，心智迟钝嫉妒诽谤者，嗜睡嗜酒精进微小者，不敬师长无有精勤者，不念上师兄弟情谊小者，纵然安住于誓言，于执持我之秘密，不能现前欢喜，见解低劣违越教诲者，解脱艰难能力微弱者，于黑暗隐蔽之处与众人，于寂静处相遇而行欲，于贪欲之少许道路中，说出秘密之语，从与真实意义相合之处，不应施与秘密之精髓，直至劫末世界之间，不生起心之安乐，任何时候也不应开示。为了世间贪欲喜乐者，若因愚昧而施与，则会被瘟疫疾病夺去性命，是舍弃根本支分者，长久安住于焚烧与烧焦之处。如是说，以一切有情之妇女众，以此誓言调伏之。此后，薄伽梵...

By the wise who are skilled in the union of opposites, may there be great reliance on those who are certain. It should not be shown to others. One who desires to engage in unobstructed union should practice. Women possess all qualities, and in practices that accord with all desires, accepting the root and appropriately displaying the form of the deity, the secret instructions of close practice, etc., should never be given away. Having shown the method of union to them, others were not taught. Those who are faithful, disciplined, and sharp-witted, those who have great faith and respect for the Dharma, those who are suitable for attachment and obedient to teachings, those who are happy to abide and listen to scriptures, those who accomplish the root and branch vows, those who arrange the place of offering and protect the vows, after bestowing blessings on the practitioners, in the place of offering of the secret mantra assembly, bestow the blessings of my secret, in unobstructed presence, with the means of union, equally unite, with the nature of the forty-two mandalas, with the equal union that pleases, with the accomplishment of equality, offer to the assembly. Men and women of low lineage who engage in desire, are short-tempered and have great desire, those who are dull-witted, jealous, and slanderous, those who are sleepy, addicted to alcohol, and have little diligence, those who do not respect the teacher and have no diligence, those who do not remember the teacher and have little brotherly love, even if they abide in the vows, in holding my secret, they cannot rejoice in presence, those who have poor views and transgress the teachings, liberation is difficult and their power is weak, in dark and hidden places with people, meeting in solitary places and engaging in desire, in those few paths of desire, speaking secret words, from places that accord with the true meaning, one should not bestow the essence of secrets, even until the end of the eon world, the happiness of the mind does not arise, and it should never be taught. For those who delight in worldly desires, if it is given out of ignorance, then life will be cut off by epidemics and diseases, they are those who have abandoned the root and branches, they will abide for a long time in places of burning and scorching.
