彼时，誓言手印得圆满，智慧陀罗尼之胜秘密，与意义相合而存在，不舍弃二边之清净，乃陀罗尼母大女王。于无二圆满之时，一切皆于大乐之状态中，与菩提心于意义上相联结，大智慧圆满之灌顶。吉祥大宝瓶，乃善逝安住之宫殿，于坛城圆满之时，将此大灌顶施予之。秘密教法兴盛后，成为长久住留之缘由，吉祥物之殊胜灌顶，亦施予广大之恩赐。诸事成就之缘由，如意满足一切愿望之珍宝，以七政宝，灌顶为殊胜之国王。珍贵莲花狮子之座，成为上师之殊胜座垫，成为极殊胜之灌顶，安置于大宝座之上。顶冠、花鬘等等，以灌顶殊胜之庄严物装扮，头饰、项链、瑟摩朵，臂钏、脚镯、手镯等，得灌顶之国王施予彼。得灌顶以美貌而威严之彼国王，因是自在者故，众人皆向彼顶礼。名为金刚自在国王时，众人皆大声呼喊并宣告。黄金之轮辐条圆满者，置于彼国王之手中后，于一切世间转动，此殊胜灌顶之国王亦施予之。乃至成为守护外轮之国王，成为具足无上殊胜之表征者，开启秘密之门后引入其中，成为具足极秘密之物者，于秘密之门中祈请所欲之诸事，加持成为广大恩赐之表征。听闻并学习秘密意义之灌顶，施予得灌顶之具缘者。以此甘露水开启耳之秘密之门。萨瓦达塔嘎达斯达玛德赫（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：一切如来忆持）。深奥之经典等等一切，施予具种姓之殊胜之子。彼能成办有情之义利故，事业如海一切成就之表征，金刚交杵等等四种物品，以方便施予殊胜之子。他人之希愿

The precious lotus lion throne, which is the supreme seat of the guru, becomes an extremely special empowerment, and is placed on the great throne. Crowns, flower garlands, etc., are adorned with the splendor of the supreme empowerment. Head ornaments, necklaces, semo do, armlets, anklets, bracelets, etc., are bestowed upon him by the empowered king. After the golden wheel with complete spokes is placed in the hands of that king, he turns it in all the worlds, and this supreme empowerment of the king is also bestowed. Until he becomes the king who protects the outer wheel, and becomes one who possesses the signs of the supreme and unsurpassed, open the secret door and lead him inside, and become one who possesses extremely secret things. From the secret door, request all the things that are desired, and bless them as a sign of great generosity. The empowerment to listen to and learn the secret meaning is bestowed upon the fortunate one who receives the empowerment. With this nectar water, open the secret door of the ear.
