沉溺于世俗之人、小乘之人，以及外道邪见的观点。 不具信心、智慧浅薄、散乱昏沉，不勤于学习听闻，如同畜生。 信仰颠倒、违犯誓言，偏离正道，菩提之绳从根断裂。 心之苗芽的根已腐烂，头朝下栽入恶趣的泥潭。 对于那些无器、倒覆之辈，不应宣说秘密。 若说，则其自身亦将倒覆。纵然口中念诵秘密之语， 亦不解隐秘的深意。对于恶语中伤、诽谤之人，更不应宣说秘密之义。 对于亲近修持的秘密之语，虽听其声，却不求其义。 不能保守精要之义，便是无有精髓，泄露于轮回。 对于不能保守秘密、不堪为器者，若对其宣说秘密， 则此人与无器、劣器之辈，同样泄露于轮回之境。 对于见解、誓言、修持的殊胜三藏，纵能言说， 若无串习之力，则不能安住。为恶念、狡诈、嫉妒、悭吝所困扰， 不务正业，却将心思放在佛法上，行为粗暴、誓言破损、毫无羞耻， 声称瑜伽行者之行为低下，此乃堕落之因，将漂泊于轮回。 对于漂泊于轮回的劣器，若对其宣说秘密之义， 则因秘密泄露之故，将变得与此人无异。与恶友、违犯誓言者交往，搬弄是非， 口蜜腹剑、两面三刀，心中怀有五毒烦恼， 喜好偷盗、欺骗、虚伪。为了今生的名声， 对某些人阿谀奉承，听闻只言片语，便装模作样地想要表达， 此乃邪说毒害，不会从中解脱。对于这种充满毒害、堕落的容器， 若宣说秘密的对境，则是瑜伽行者的巨大衰败， 最终将堕入轮回的深渊。对于这种注定失败的劣器， 无论是秘密、大秘密等等的意义和自性， 即使宣说，也会成为失败、堕落的障碍。因此，不应宣说。 若已宣说，则宣说者、听闻者， 都将成为破坏见解之因，二者皆会恐惧。对于精通、明晰、具义的瑜伽行者， 那些不了解瑜伽行者的人，因傲慢而生起嫉妒， 心中产生种种念头，那么， 他们将在与此念头数量相等的劫数中，感受不悦意的果报。如果业的...

Those who are attached to worldly affairs, those of the Lesser Vehicle, and those who delight in the views of heretical non-Buddhists. Those who lack faith, are of weak intellect, are distracted and dull, and do not diligently study and listen are like animals. Those with perverted faith, broken vows, and who stray from the path, the rope of Bodhi is severed from its root. The root of the sprout of the mind is rotten, and they are planted headfirst in the swamp of evil destinies. To those who are without a vessel and are overturned, it is not appropriate to speak of secrets. If spoken, they themselves will be overturned. Even if they utter secret words, they do not understand the hidden meaning. To those who slander and defame, one should especially not speak of the meaning of secrets. To the secret words of approach and accomplishment, even if they hear the sound, they do not seek the meaning. Not being able to keep the secret of the essence is like a leak into the essence-less Samsara. To the unworthy vessel that cannot keep the secret, whatever is done to speak the secret, That one and the unworthy vessel are equal in leaking into the realm of Samsara. Even if one knows how to speak the three sacred treasuries of view, vows, and practice, Without the power of habituation, one cannot abide. Afflicted by evil, deceit, jealousy, and stinginess, Not engaging in meaningful activities, but placing their minds on the Dharma, with coarse behavior, broken vows, and without shame, saying that the conduct of yogis is inferior, this is a cause of defeat, and they will transmigrate in Samsara. To the unworthy vessel that transmigrates in Samsara, speaking the meaning of secrets, Due to the power of the secret being broken, they will become like that fallen one. Associating with evil friends and vow-breakers, engaging in backbiting, Speaking sweet words but harboring a double tongue, holding the five poisons in their hearts, delighting in stealing, deception, and falsehood. For the sake of fame in this life, flattering certain individuals, listening to a few words, and pretending to want to express themselves, this is a poisonous heresy, and they will not be liberated from it. To that vessel filled with poison and downfall, speaking of the objects of secrecy is a great downfall for the yogi, and they will ultimately fall into the depths of Samsara. To this unworthy vessel destined for failure, whatever the meaning and nature of secrets, great secrets, and so on, even if taught, it will become an obstacle to failure and downfall. Therefore, it should not be taught. If it is taught, then those who teach and those who listen, will become the cause of destroying the view, and both will be frightened. To the yogi who is skilled, clear, and meaningful, those who do not understand the yogi, due to arrogance, give rise to jealousy, whatever kinds of thoughts arise in their minds, they will experience unpleasant results for as many eons as the number of those thoughts.
