It means 'what is sent'. The cause of generation is to send it again as the cause of another generation. The order is to send the elements of earth, etc., in order, to the places of the navel, heart, throat, forehead, and crown. This is the determination of the conventional agent. Now, with 'etc.' in 'sound, etc.', the conventional actions and agents of the world are explained. Here, when the body is formed, the six—sound, touch, form, taste, smell, and the realm of phenomena—become actions. The six faculties—ear, body, eye, tongue, nose, and mind—are agents. By the division of the twelve houses, by the division of years, months, and lunar phases, the twenty-four directions, day and night, the fifteen days of the half-month, the month, and the sun are all agents. The agent is the nature of the alaya-consciousness, the joy born simultaneously with the moment of semen emission, which is due to worldly convention. The agent, action, and deed that gather the moment of emission, etc., change here into another agent, because the agent of generation is not an agent. Therefore, the all-pervading vajra-holder of space, who is separate from objects and aspects, without qualities and without self-nature, is the coemergent body, which is indivisible, all-going, and pervasive. Therefore, there is no agent of generation and gathering, nor the nature of nirvana. The determination of the exhaustion of the agent. Now, with 'etc.' in 'smell, etc.', aggregates, etc., are explained. In this samsara, birth is from aggregates, not from a single dharma. Here, the aggregates are smell, color, taste, and touch, as well as earth, water, fire, and wind. These eight form elements are all aggregates of objects, one of which becomes primary, that is, among these eight form elements, one quality becomes primary and the others become secondary, which has already been said. Sound and emptiness, as well as the realm of phenomena and mind, also become formless as the lord of men, these are the four formless ones. Here...

The sound of emptiness expresses the realm of semen. All these three worlds will be gathered with joy, which is due to the power of time, meaning by the power of the moment of transference. This is the certainty of gathering. Now, from the statements such as "oneself binds oneself", the bondage of samsara is spoken of. Here, the mere clinging to the aggregates in the body is samsara, that is, oneself binds oneself. Regarding the statements such as "abiding in nature, with merits and discriminations", nature is the collection of aggregates, realms, and sources, and the merits abiding in it are the characteristics of arising and ceasing, such as smells, etc. And the characteristics of the objects and non-objects of the mind of samsara. The merits and discriminations abiding in nature, these will bind oneself, just as a silkworm binds itself with the threads produced from its own body. "Oneself, through oneself, will surely again be released from the mind of non-discrimination", meaning that again, that self, abandoned by the merits and discriminations abiding in nature, will become non-discriminating. From that mind of non-discrimination, oneself will be released from the suffering of samsara. Therefore, O king, from oneself, nature abides in merits, creating suffering and happiness. Nature is completely separated, that is, separated from the eighteen realms, who is the doer, what does he do, he does nothing, that is the meaning. Not understanding the nature of the inverted world, by completely examining the author, it makes him confused. This is the certainty of the bondage of karma. Now, from the statements such as "earth", the nature of the eight kinds of earth etc. is spoken of. Here, for the body, first there are eight kinds of nature of the mind of samsara, namely earth, water, fire, wind, space, mind, intellect, and the nature of clinging, there are eight kinds in total. These also have three kinds, namely gross and subtle. There are also three other kinds abiding in merits, namely abiding in the merits of courage, dust, and darkness. Through the distinctions of letters, bindus, etc., the gross abides in the gross roots, grasping the habits of fools, this is the dharma of the awakened state of the gross mind.
