The Brahma sages said to the chariot of the sun: O chariot of the sun, tell the lord of men, Drakpa (གྲགས་པ་), that we will not abandon the religion of the caste system as taught in the Vedas, nor will we enter the religion of the Vajra lineage initiation. Therefore, we, by your command, going to the holy land of India, south of Shita (ཤཱི་ཏ་) and the Snowy Mountains (ཁ་བ་ཅན་), north of the island of Lanka, is the best. All beings who dwell north of the Shita River (ཆུ་བོ་ཤཱི་ཏ་), in the ninety-six billion villages, will completely abandon evil deeds such as killing, and through the blessings of the Bhagavan Kalachakra, will attain the path of correct wisdom. All sentient beings abiding there will become possessed of unpleasant minds. Here, the cause spoken of in the Vajrayana, not being the cause of the path of true wisdom, is that all these ascetics seeking liberation, due to the fear of the glorious King Fame, completely abandoned their abodes, taking their relatives and friends, and went to the holy land. People of royal lineage and others will think this way and become unfortunate, because they do not possess the good mind to be vessels for the profound and vast Dharma. Thus, knowing the thoughts in the minds of all sentient beings, the King of Men, Fame, entered into the samadhi called 'Bewildering all the lineages of Vishnu, Brahma, and the Powerful One.' By the power of that samadhi and the blessings of the deities, all those ascetics became bewildered in that very forest, and the hermits and others dwelling in that forest bound all the ascetics and brought them back to the mandala palace, throwing them at the feet of the King of Men, Fame. They awoke completely and saw the King of Men, Fame, the mandala palace itself, and the pleasure garden of Malaya. Seeing this, they were astonished and exclaimed, 'Emaho! This is truly amazing, we were not fully awake, who brought us from the great forest to the great mandala palace?' The ascetics of Brahma spoke these words. The minister of King Fame, the emanation Ocean Intelligence, hearing this, said, 'Hey, ascetics of Brahma, such as the Sun Chariot, do not be astonished! This King Fame is not just one-sided, but a great Bodhisattva who has come by the blessings of the Buddha for the purpose of accepting you. Therefore, take refuge at his feet and pray to receive the empowerment of the path to accomplish worldly and transworldly siddhis from the King of Tantras, the First Buddha!' Having spoken these words, they said, "Excellent, excellent! Ocean of Wisdom, your words have thoroughly awakened our minds. Therefore, I take refuge in the Three Jewels, and in order that all sentient beings may attain perfect and complete enlightenment in this very life, I beseech you to bestow the path empowerment for accomplishing worldly and transworldly siddhis of the King of Tantras, the Wheel of Time." Having spoken thus, those sages summoned the king of the Brahmin caste, the charioteer of the sun, and said, "Hey, charioteer of the sun, you are the only one who holds the scriptures of the treatises such as the Vedas, and you have the mind that holds the measure of all worldly and transworldly treatises. Therefore, please pray to the king Name with our words of supplication. We also, with the mandala as the forerunner, take refuge and pray together." Then, hearing the words of the Brahmin sages, the charioteer of the sun made a mandala with precious golden flowers, scattered a bouquet of precious flowers at the feet of the human king Name, knelt on both knees, placed his hands together on his head, and prostrated at the feet of Name together with the Brahmin sages. Kneeling on his right knee and placing his palms together on his forehead, he prayed to the human king Name, saying, "Bhagavan, please reveal the first Buddha of the King of Tantras, which prophesies that even those who commit the five inexpiable sins will attain Buddhahood in this very life, and that the great seal, which is completely held by the unchanging bliss of the Bhagavan Vajradhara, can be attained. Please reveal the twelve thousand verses of the first Buddha that the Tathagata revealed to King Good Moon, and also perfectly gather the King of Tantras, the first Buddha, which is gathered with few words, and reveal it to the Brahmin sages." Then, the charioteer of the sun heard the prayer, and for the sake of the believing minds of the Brahmin sages,
