Banners and canopies of clouds like the shape of lamp flames, and banners and canopies of clouds like the king of sound jewels, appearing to display the miraculous manifestations of the Buddhas, and banners and canopies of clouds displaying all appearances of various jewel ornaments, and banners and canopies of clouds of jewels appearing as rivers of burning flowers, and banners and canopies of clouds of nets filled with the sounds of various bells, and banners and canopies of clouds of lotus nets with jewel essence, appearing as various limitless colors of burning lotuses, and banners and canopies of clouds of victory banners with golden nets and radiant light, and banners and canopies of clouds of limitless light appearing with inconceivable arrangements, ornaments of all arrangements, may these bless and cover the entire expanse of the sky. May we attend to, respect as gurus, depict, and offer to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, vast oceans of clouds. May the banners and canopies of clouds of all kinds of precious jewels bless and cover the entire expanse of the sky, and banners and canopies of clouds of flowers arranged with the light of ten jewels, and banners and canopies of clouds of treasuries of countless colors of pearls, and banners and canopies of clouds of the king of sound jewels, the door of compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and banners and canopies of clouds of garlands radiating the light of various jewels, and banners and canopies of clouds of hanging nets of bells, adorned with jewel dust appearing everywhere, and banners and canopies of clouds of the ornaments of branches of trees of all jewels, and the king of jewels radiating light, making the sun appear in various ways, and banners and canopies of clouds of all incense and fumigation, and banners and canopies of clouds filled with treasuries of sandalwood powder, and banners and canopies of clouds, unmixed, filling and expanding the universal arrangement, making the great Buddha-fields appear.

One should attend to, regard as a guru, regard as a painting, and make offerings to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with the ocean-like clouds of mandalas appearing with all precious things; the unmingled ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light of form of all precious things radiating light; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light that make the clouds of flowers appear; the ocean-like clouds possessing the mandalas of light of the emanations of all precious things; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light belonging to the appearance of all Buddha-fields; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light of precious branches proclaiming the realm of the Buddhas from all doors; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light of the rays of light of all vaidurya, kinds of precious things, kinds of jewel precious things, and all kings of jewels; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light that universally show the infinite forms of sentient beings in an instant of mind; the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light possessing the emanation of pleasing sounds arising from the aspirations of all Buddhas; and the ocean-like clouds of mandalas of light of the melodious jewel king subduing sentient beings in all circles of retinues. One should attend to, regard as a guru, regard as a painting, and make offerings to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. And the ocean-like clouds of rays of light of the treasury of all jewels; the ocean-like clouds of rays of light of the form, sound, smell, taste, and touch of all Buddhas; the ocean-like clouds of all precious things radiating light; the ocean-like clouds of rays of light filling the extensive proclamation of the Dharma by all Buddhas; the ocean-like clouds of rays of light making all the arrangements of the Buddha-fields appear; the ocean-like clouds of rays of light of all the stacked houses of flowers; the ocean-like clouds of rays of light of the dust of all precious things; and the Buddhas appearing in all successions from one kalpa to another.
