Having eaten the three whites (milk, yogurt, butter), sit on a blue cushion and face east. After praying to all the Tathagatas, this chapter of the Great Cloud Wheel should be recited day and night without interruption. Four vases filled with blue water should be placed. Tormas, incense, and flowers should be offered as much as possible. Then, the Dharma speaker should draw images in the four directions with the juice of bezoar: In the east, draw a three-cubit (about 1.5 meters) long three-headed dragon king with his various dragon retinues; in the south, draw a five-cubit (about 2.5 meters) long five-headed dragon king with his various dragon retinues; in the west, draw a seven-cubit (about 3.5 meters) long seven-headed dragon king with his various dragon retinues; in the north, draw a nine-cubit (about 4.5 meters) long nine-headed dragon king with his various dragon retinues. The Dharma speaker should protect himself, abide in loving-kindness, have a compassionate mind towards all sentient beings, pray to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and dedicate the roots of virtue to the nagas. This is the ritual. If it does not rain, reciting this chapter of the Great Cloud Wind Wheel, it will definitely rain within one or two days to seven days. The ocean may exceed its time, but the words of the Great Mighty One, this rain-making ritual, will not change. However, one should abide in discipline and merit, completely abandoning immoral discipline, and meat and fish meat, etc. Milk porridge, yogurt, milk, rice with brown sugar, etc., and the three sweets (milk, yogurt, butter) should be eaten while reciting. In this way, it will be accomplished, as the King of Sages said, without doubt. The sixty-fourth chapter called "The Chapter of the Wind Wheel for Causing Rain" from the Holy Great Cloud Mahayana Sutra, together with the ritual, is completed.
