With great thunder, various movements, tumultuous sounds, drum sounds, streams of nectar, making joy, dragon roars, warrior hosts, son of the desireless, in the midst of the ocean, the dragon king Yonpo, and the great dragon kings, and so forth, eighty-four kotis of millions of dragons gathered together and resided. At that time, those dragon kings and their retinues rose from their seats, bared one shoulder, knelt on their right knees, and, with palms joined, bowed towards the Blessed One. With reverence for the lama and making great offerings, with flowers, incense, perfume, garlands, unguents, powders, garments, umbrellas, banners, victory banners, silk streamers, musical sounds, cymbals, hand drums, songs, precious flowers, precious streamers, pearl garlands, dragon flowers, and supremely beautiful pearl nets, various immeasurable and countless things, they offered to the Blessed One, circumambulated, and sat to one side. Having sat to one side, they made aspirations: With as many Buddhas as there are atoms in all the ocean-like realms of the body, and mandalas of the retinues of Bodhisattvas, and all the infinite ocean-like realms, and all the atoms of earth, water, fire, and wind, and the atoms of all visible things, on each atom, there are clouds of bodies, surpassing all measurable oceans, countless, immeasurable, inconceivable, unequaled, unmeasurable, unspeakable, surpassing these. On each body, there are clouds of hands, continuously appearing in all directions, immeasurable, countless, blessing these. From each tiny part of each atom, may clouds of all offerings arise, filling the basis of all directions, unmixed, with these may I make offerings to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, so they thought.
