If there is hesitation or doubt, do not look at it that way, you are Vajrapani. The monk who proclaims this dharani to the blind is this Manjushri Kumara. At that time, at that moment, he became a monk. Then, many of the divine retinue, having heard this story, were amazed and rejoiced. They made a great clamor and exclaimed: Alala, the power of the Tathagata's vow vidya-mantra is like a wish-fulfilling jewel! They repeatedly praised it. Then, from that retinue, two hundred thousand kotis of gods became irreversible. Millions of kotis of goddesses were separated from the female organ and obtained the male organ, and they remained in the state of irreversibility. Then, the great Yaksha general Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, this dharani mantra, the queen of vidya-mantras, is of great power and great benefit. Bhagavan, please explain how in the future time, it will benefit and bring happiness to sentient beings, and what practice will completely liberate sentient beings from the hells and the animal realm. The Bhagavan said: Vajrapani, listen to the benefits and practice of this dharani. In the future time, a son or daughter of good family, a bhikshu or bhikshuni, an upasaka or upasika, should remember this queen of vidya-mantras at one time. One should circumambulate the stupa containing the heart of relics or the heart of the Tathagata's relics. One should also remember these two at one time, namely the wish-fulfilling jewel. Thus, one will plant roots of virtue before as many Tathagatas as there are sands in the Ganges River. One will be endowed with great merit. The obscurations of the five boundless deeds will also be completely purified. One will be completely liberated from the hells, the animal realm, and the evil destinies of the world of Yama. One will have a long life.

将要变成。如同蛇蜕皮一般舍弃身体，因为具有同等的福分，将要往生到极乐世界。从此以后将不会被子宫的污垢所沾染。无论投生到何处，都将是化生，并且从莲花中出生。生生世世都将记得前世。将永远渴望见到一切如来。一切愿望都将如意圆满。如果想要进行仪式，那么就沐浴并穿上干净的衣服。制作一个正方形的香坛。将心咒写在茅草上。建立五座佛塔。也将这个咒语放入佛塔中。四座佛塔放置在四个角上。一座放置在坛城的中央。竖立木杆，悬挂红色的旗帜。用鲜花进行撒布。放置五个装满水的瓶子。在四个角上，用杜鲁什卡、阿嘎茹、旃檀和古古尔的熏香进行熏香。放置四个香的供品容器。这两颗如意宝珠也要念诵一百零八遍。念诵心咒，并绕坛城一百零八圈。被疾病侵袭，受到损害，患有重病，寿命耗尽，害怕非时而死，害怕国王和敌军，以及想要孩子的人，都要将（愿望）显现在坛城上。用五根孔雀羽毛进行拍打。供养佛塔的坛城。如果做一次这个仪式，就能脱离累积了无数劫的业障，变得没有障碍。将从一切疾病、一切烦恼、众生地狱、畜生道、阎罗王的恶道和一切恐惧中完全解脱。世间和出世间的痛苦、障碍、罪恶和残暴都将从一生传递到另一生，直到菩提心的究竟。寿命耗尽也将得以延续，从而长寿。

Will become. Just as a snake sheds its skin, it will abandon its body, and because of equal merit, it will be reborn in the blissful realm of Sukhavati. From now on, it will not be stained by the impurities of the womb. Wherever it is born, it will be a miraculous birth and will be born from a lotus. In all lifetimes, it will remember its previous lives. It will always desire to see all the Tathagatas. All wishes will be fulfilled as desired. If one wishes to perform the ritual, then one should bathe and wear clean clothes. Make a square incense mandala. Write the heart mantra on kusha grass. Erect five stupas. This mantra should also be placed inside the stupas. Four stupas should be placed at the four corners. One should be placed in the center of the mandala. Erect a wooden pole and hang a red banner. Scatter with flowers. Place five full vases. At the four corners, fumigate with incense of Turushka, Agaru, Chandana, and Guggulu. Place four incense offering vessels. These two wish-fulfilling jewels should also be recited one hundred and eight times. Recite the heart mantra and circumambulate the mandala one hundred and eight times. Those afflicted by illness, harmed, suffering from severe illness, with depleted lifespan, fearing untimely death, fearing the king and enemy armies, and those desiring children, should place (their wishes) manifestly towards the mandala. Sprinkle with five peacock feathers. Offerings should be made to the mandala of the stupa. If this ritual is performed once, one will be freed from the karmic obscurations accumulated over eons and become without obscurations. One will be completely liberated from all diseases, all afflictions, the hell realms of sentient beings, the animal realm, all the evil destinies of the realm of Yama, and all fears. Worldly and transmundane suffering, obscurations, sins, and all forms of cruelty will be destroyed, passing from one lifetime to another, until the ultimate essence of enlightenment. Exhausted lifespan will also be prolonged, thus leading to longevity.

将会变成那样。长期被疾病折磨而消瘦的身体也会变得完整。身体会变得非常清净。愿望会如意圆满。以后不会看到死主之门的痛苦。像蛇蜕皮一样舍弃身体，因为有同样的福分，会前往极乐世界。无论转生到哪里，都会从莲花中化生。一切时处都将以各种装饰品庄严自身。所有转世都能回忆起前世。按照这个念诵仪轨，一天之中在三个时段念诵二十一次，就能从罪业的障碍和所有烦恼中解脱。按照念诵仪轨，如果圆满一年，就能获得无惧的“观一切门光”之三摩地。在十方所有佛土中，将会见到所有如来。将会获得名为“无垢清净炽盛光辉”的完全清净之身。将会获得完全清净的寿命。能对恒河沙数八十二俱胝那由他如来种下善根。在生生世世的传承中，也会变得非常清净。无论想去哪个佛土，都能如愿前往。像蛇蜕皮一样舍弃身体，因为有同样的福分，会转生到极乐世界。不会看到死主之门，并且像梦境一样通晓一切。在初八，十四或十五，如果念诵这一对如意宝大宝箧印陀罗尼一百零八遍，并绕装有舍利的佛塔，仅仅通过念诵，佛塔立即会发出声音，并给予“好啊”的赞许。立即能从罪业的障碍、所有烦恼、贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴的垢染、吝啬和嫉妒中解脱。

It will become like that. A body emaciated by prolonged illness will also become complete. The body will become extremely pure. Wishes will be fulfilled as desired. Hereafter, one will not see the suffering of the Lord of Death's door. Like a snake shedding its skin, abandoning the body, because of equal merit, one will go to the Land of Bliss. Wherever one is born, one will be born from a lotus. Everywhere, one will be adorned with all kinds of ornaments. In all births, one will remember past lives. According to this recitation ritual, if one recites twenty-one times in three periods of the day, one will be liberated from the obscurations of sin and all afflictions. According to the recitation ritual, if one completes it for a year, one will attain the Samadhi called "Fearless Light of the Door of All Views." In all Buddha lands of the ten directions, one will see all the Tathagatas. One will obtain a completely pure body called "Immaculate, Pure, Blazing Splendor." One will obtain a completely pure life. One will generate roots of virtue towards the Tathagatas as numerous as the sands of eighty-two kotis of nayutas of the Ganges River. In the succession of lifetimes, one will also become extremely pure. One will go wherever one wishes to go in the Buddha lands. Like a snake shedding its skin, abandoning the body, because of equal merit, one will be reborn in the Land of Bliss. One will not see the door of the Lord of Death and will know everything like a dream. On the eighth, fourteenth, or fifteenth day, if one recites these two Dharanis of the Great Jewel Box of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel one hundred and eight times and circumambulates a stupa containing relics, immediately upon recitation, the stupa will emit a sound and give the approval of "Good!" Immediately, one will be liberated from the obscurations of sin, all afflictions, the defilements of desire, hatred, and ignorance, miserliness, and jealousy.
