will transform, experiencing great happiness for hundreds of thousands of eons. Then, having died and transmigrated again, will be born in the place of the gods of the Four Great Kings. There, too, will experience inexhaustible enjoyment of happiness for hundreds of thousands of great eons. In whatever life one is born, one will be upright in mind and without obstacles to life, and all karmic obscurations will be exhausted, and one will never fall into the hells. One will always meet with the Buddhas who are Completely and Perfectly Awakened, and will be remembered by them. Great Brahmin, furthermore, if any bhikshu, bhikshuni, upasaka, upasika, son of good family, or daughter of good family has a short life or many illnesses, they may repair an old stupa, or build a new one. Write this secret mantra and place it inside, clean the mandala and make offerings. The qualities of these are that those whose lives are exhausted will have their lives restored and lengthened, and those who are afflicted and suffering from illness will be liberated from all illnesses, and will never be born in the evil realms, evil destinies, hell beings, the birthplace of animals, and the realm of Yama. Even the sound of these places will not be heard, let alone being born there. Then, having heard these words, the Brahmin was very pleased, thinking to repair the broken stupa, and then he rose from that assembly and departed. At that time, in that very assembly, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva named "Eliminating All Obscurations" rose from his seat, joined his palms, and said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, how should this secret mantra ritual be performed, so that merit, benefit, and roots of virtue may be generated? When he had said this, the Bhagavan replied: This great secret mantra called "Great Essence, Immaculate and Completely Pure Light," which is the supreme among all great secret mantras, should be performed according to the ritual of the great mandala. Through the blessings of all the Tathagatas, it will be beneficial and bring happiness to all sentient beings. If someone hears this secret mantra, even if they have committed the five inexpiable sins, all their sins will be completely purified. Stinginess and greed.

After saying this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, who completely eliminates all obscurations, prayed to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, Bhagavan, please protect the lives of all sentient beings, and in order to eliminate all karmic obscurations, please Bhagavan teach this secret mantra ritual to the assembly that possesses everything. After praying in this way, the Bhagavan agreed, and a great light of rays emanated from the crown of the Bhagavan's head, illuminating all the realms of the three thousand great thousand worlds, and also making all the Tathagatas aware. Those rays then gathered again and dissolved into the crown of the Bhagavan's head. At that time, when reciting the secret mantra and writing the letters, one should also bathe, wear clean clothes, anoint the body with incense, eat clean food, and make offerings with flowers and incense, and offer the seven precious substances as offerings, or offer whatever one can according to one's ability.
