Moreover, they will have fully practiced the six perfections. Therefore, they will create hundreds of thousands of millions of precious stupas, as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River. They will also make offerings and attend to ninety-nine hundreds of thousands of millions of fully enlightened Buddhas. Before that, all the gods will gather various clouds of offerings, place various offerings on the stupa, and adorn the palace of the Tathagata with various offerings, making offerings. So many fully enlightened Buddhas will know and see, and bestow their blessings. Sons or daughters of good families will obtain vast roots of virtue, merit, and all qualities. Furthermore, if someone writes down this king of secret mantras without error and recites it regularly, making offerings, then the vidya itself will protect and save their body. All hostile opponents, those afflicted by constellations, yakshas, rakshasas, pretas, and so on, will not be able to harm them. They will be frightened and terrified, and will scatter in different directions. If someone speaks with the one who recites the vidya, they will also completely purify the karmic obscurations of the five inexpiable sins. If someone hears the sound of the mantra, or is touched by the shadow of the mantra, or if their body touches the one who recites the mantra, then their past karmic obscurations and all sins will be completely purified. The body of the one who recites the vidya will not be affected by poison, will not be burned by fire, will not be carried away by water, all demons will not be able to find an opportunity, and they will not be struck by lightning. All the Buddhas will protect and save them, and will watch over them with compassionate eyes. All the gods and oath-bound ones will also help them, and the mantras, curses, and evil spells of others will not be able to harm them. Therefore, wherever the one who recites the vidya is, they should strive to practice the ritual of this secret mantra. Write down the secret mantra and offer it at the crossroads or the triple intersection of the road, that is, in a place where many people come and go.

Now, having made a support and placed it within, all beings, birds, bees, and even ants and above can see, hear, touch, and even if the earth, dust, wind, and shadows that touch it, they can be freed from the sins of sentient beings who fall into the animal realm, hungry ghosts, and evil destinies, and who are about to be born in hell. At the time of death, they will be reborn in the happy realms, among the high heavens. Because the obscurations of past karma are completely purified, they will be able to remember their past lives and become beings of non-retrogression. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, the Lord of Secrets Vajrapani, the Four Great Kings, Brahma of the Sahā world, the gods of the Brahma realms, and the gods such as Mahadeva, saying: "Noble beings, I entrust these essences of the King of Secret Mantras entirely to you. As the Blessed One has said that one will be liberated from hells and all sins, therefore, in order for us to take the kindness of the Blessed One upon our heads, we will perform these secret mantra rituals as offerings. We will do it respectfully, we will do it devoutly, we will regard it as precious, we will make it greatly increase, we will look upon it as the face of the Blessed One. In order that it may never decline and in any way increase, we must strive diligently. After praying thus, the Blessed One said: "Good men abide in their vows, guarding these secret mantra rituals, making offerings, and vowing to uphold them completely is good, good, very good." After the Blessed One had spoken thus, the assembly, complete with all, rejoiced and praised the words of the Blessed One. Thus concludes the Noble Stainless Light, Pure Light Dharani.
