If it does not rain immediately, the bodies of all those dragons will be destroyed, their heads will ache, and great suffering will arise. This is the second ritual. Recite the mantra sixty times over the ashes of burnt offerings and the root of the female mandrake. As soon as you burn it in the house, all the dragons will be disturbed, and therefore they will send down a rain. If it does not rain immediately, white spots will appear on the bodies of all the dragons, they will become ugly, and they will become blind. This is the third ritual. Mix fir, blue lotus, usira root, copper powder, mustard seed, Indrahasta (Sanskrit: Indrahasta, elephant grass), and vala, knead with brown sugar juice, and recite the mantra eighty times by a wise person. Make pills the size of mustard seeds, and when it does not rain, throw seven pills into the dragon's abode, and it will rain for seven days and nights. If it does not rain immediately, all the water in the dragon's abode will dry up, and all the inhabitants of the dragon's abode will become naked.
